The UPS Store, Lake City FL

They do not print Amazon return labels anymore. They lied and said their email is down, then said the manager decided Amazon returns are too much hassle. So, a bunch of lying children work there. Useless.

Since I live in Tennessee and frequent Lake City, FL half the year I have been picking up my packages at this UPS Store for 9 years for free. I just placed 12 orders for $2300 and now the store changed its rules and surprised me. $5 a box. Couldn't you have told me before and I wouldn't have shipped there? I have over 400 orders in the past. They know me. The new new young employees are being mean and rude. I'm a disabled veteran on a fixed income. I don't have a surprise $60 to give you. Now they are shipping all my packages back to the sender. One was a warranty replacement. Great! Thanks for being miserable and mean people. Next time post your rates. People actually think you're part of UPS but I'm finding out you're not.

It's always very busy every time I've had to come to the UPS store, but the staff is great, very nice and friendly, and also helpful. Once you get through the line, if there is one, it's a quick process.

Young man with beard incredibly helpful to these two seniors notarizing, copying, sending closing documents. Really top notch.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They could multitask. I had four items I was returning and it went very quickly. I've always had a good experience at this location.

What an absolute joke of a place. They have a cell phone as their main number, and they will charge you hundreds and screw your package up. Avoid this place at all costs.

Wow does ups store control the ups deliveries? I believe they dont but was curious.
This part is an edit after the "response" from "the owner". This is clearly a bot responding and not an actual person. I wouldn't be surprised if it something their corporate implements. I know for a fact now that The UPS Store has nothing to do with the drivers or deliveries. I went up to this store and talked with the manager and asked him personally if they did, and He assured me they do not due to them being an independent franchise from UPS. So its actually the distribution center in town that handles the deliveries and not this store. Thanks for the information Brantly! Have been trying to contact this store for a few days now and all I get is that the mailbox is full and then hangs up.probably don't wanna do business with these people if they can't even answer a phone.

Sent documents that needed to be picked up and printed out by a certain time and i have to jump through hoops to be able to resend the documents to the email because apparently only the manager has access to the print service but that’s like a big part of the ups store…?
Definitely makes it inconvenient for some.
