L wanted to ship a package to Puerto Rico. In the UPS system, PR is registered as international. Puerto Rico is territory of USA. They wanted almost $80 DOLLARS. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. I said no, no way.l walked out, went to the post office, l sent it priority mail, $19.95.my question is why PR is registered as international in the UPS.

The employees are disrespectful and rude. They are overpriced and have no customer service. Plus a really long wait. They refused to take my book return over the fact I put tape on the label so they said I can pay for a label without tape so it's easier for them.
The worst place to take an AMAZON package - they want to charge you for a label where everywhere else is FREE
Last time a young man was very helpful with large returns that I was wrong about who shipped them very helpful and nice experience.

I came to the Zephyrhills area about 6 months ago. I frequent this store regulary. The staff is always friendly, helpful and respectful. The consistently go out of their way to make things easy for me and my wife in spite of how busy the store is every day. Their notary service is is an added bonus. Terrible customer service, told me she was too busy to help me print something and told me I’d have to come back in the morning…. I waited 10 minutes in line and she printed stuff for multiple other people.
The customer service was amazing! Zaria Burns was awesome! She was so helpful with our company project us calling from out of town to have our associate pickup project-printed and ready in her store! We so appreciate her help! As UPS customers we Thank you Zaria!
This place is great when it’s not busy. Sometimes it can take a while just to drop a package off. But the staff are helpful and friendly. Just have to guess when a lot of people won’t be there.
