The UPS Store, Coral Springs FL

This store was an absolute nightmare. If I could put a negative I would. The employees and the MANAGER are RUDE. I paid for a guaranteed delivery it did not happen. After calling UPS I was told I had to go to the store, I went TWICE and was told I had to come back the manager was the only one who could help me and she was already gone for the day. I was told at the time I shipped the package that it was guaranteed by 3: 00 pm and if it was not there at 3: 01 I could come back and get a refund. Well it was not delivered and then they were closed for Christmas and so after going back 2 days in a row, the manager called me and told me a claim had to be filed and it would take 7-10 days for my refund. SHE WAS SO RUDE she would not let me talk and kept talking over me and swore I was not told WHAT SHE TOLD ME as she was the person who took care of me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had spoken to UPS and was told that ONLY the store could do the refund, and now she is telling me that a claim has to be filed and UPS will refund me in 10 days. She was argumentative and rude. I know the owners of multiple shops in that strip mall, and I will be letting them know to go elsewhere and send their customers elsewhere.

Kelly store manager is exceptional. She was very helpful and provided great customer service.

I have been coming to this UPS store for years and i need to comment on the outstanding customer service provided by Alie

It is a pleasure coming to this store because of the welcome i receive the service they offer me over and above like saving used bags and her bright smile

I also want to kention Crystal who is part of a great team

It was not always like this at this location

Very rude management, since is a private ownership they do what ever they want, try to complain to UPS but is getting nowhere. I’m renting a box there but I think is time to move, anyway they do not care about customer, I’ve been there since 2017 when UPS operated and now they change everything and not respecting my original contract.

Wow the young lady in this store had the best customer service that is rare to find nowadays. The place was heavy with traffic and at all times she kept her composure all while having a smile on her face and treating customers with respect

Incredibly over priced, wanted to charge me $88 for shipping a document that at USPS cost me $4.19. Insanity, also asked me to provide much more information than needed in comparison. Avoid being price gouged

All there employees and managers are very friendly and extremely caring to there customers.

Young man at this location was very helpful. Went with many Amazon returns and a mailing. He was professional and patient.

This is very unacceptable, disorganized and totally inappropriate, this shows lack of planning and leadership. I came to the store stood online for over 45 minutes. When I got to the front of the line the employee is telling me I need to come back tomorrow because they are out of labels and the only machine with label is the one with a customer scanning about 30 boxes.

Kelly' ensures my mail is always accounted for. I am happy to recommend this location.

Kelly is amazing. She alway makes me feel at home. It just simply amazes me how she remembers the names of the hundreds of people that visits the store. She is special and exemplary of what good service should be.
