13 I went in to open a mail box and the manager of the place (a blonde or grey haired lady) told me that if I was getting my PO box to receive packages that I would have to come everyday one is dropped off, immediately to pick them up.
I had 6 small packages that had collected over about a 3 day span. I cannot afford to drive to my box everyday to collect packages.
After explaining to me that they are a high volume store and that I would have to come daily to get my packages, she asked me if I still wanted my PO box. I said no and paid for my packages and I will no longer use the UPS store.
This is after being misgendered at the lake Wales store. Who then lied about the event! So apparently UPS stores don't care about their customers because they have too many. I will not use these stores anymore fore anything they are owned by rude ignorant people who don't treat customers right!
On line, ups says they will hold a package for 5 to 7 days? Never heard of being told that the would have to come daily to pick up packages? And she had an attitude while explaining this because she was apparently aggravated that I had allowed my small packages to collect for 3 days? Terrible store and rude owner/manager (not sure which)
MUCH CHEAPER AND MUCH BETTER SERVICE AT THE UPS CUSTOMER CAR CENTER. I WASN'T EVEN AWARE THAT I COULD PICK MY PACKAGES UP HERE. SAVED ME 100.00 IN PICKUP FEES! LVE IT WHEN THINGS WORK OUT BETTER! I WILL NEVER USE AN UPS STORE AGAIN. SIMPLY NOT NEEDED

We use to love this store however we were told today as of November 1st we would no longer be given receipts. How are you supposed to track you item or show proof that you sent an item? Do you no longer value your customers business?
I am always greeted when entering. This store is very pleasant and efficient. When it is very busy, they process customers as efficiently as possible. I understand there may be a wait, but I know I will soon be called to the counter. We all need to be patient.
They bill you $2.35 for printing their own UPS label, because they are not allowed to print “external”. Explanation: Also ink and paper costs. They still give you a print receipt are we gonna pay for that too?
Went in the store, my Amazon return was extremely heavy in pieces and I didn’t notice I needed to pckg items which is ok they offer boxes we can purchase. Taking a while 4 employees later no one was able to figure out measurements for flat wood pieces to a vanity! Than to top it off they didn’t have a box so y provide such service? No apologies or offer to help make it easy on the customer they proceed w their day going over my items as if I was a bother like they can’t do anything now leave type! Never again I rather stay w the socrum loop location who are people friendly n actually care
Claims its a UPS Store but yet cant send anything on a UPS Account! Makes total sense only reason for 2 stars cause the employees are nice or els it would of got 1
Beyond the rudest people I’ve ever had to deal with the usual people that are there weren’t there today. Jazz was very rude proceeded to use tape without telling me there would be a charge and then catching an attitude after asking for what. Later calling the store, and Gabby answering proceeded to give me attitude when I ask when the manager would be available. Sad to know the manager probably doesn’t even care either.
This UPS store charged me $15 for a “free return” from Amazon. Scammers. I called their Corporate HQ and filed a complaint. Amazon refunded me.
Dropoff Amazon free return and attendant sternly said I had to mail the bar code. I asked why can't you just read it as that is what Amazon sent me. She informed me she was “A Proffesioal Amazon” person and again showed me the thermal address. No explanationwhy and no heads up there would be a ridiculous charge. I emailed other then after waiting for her she returned informing me that the charge was $3.xx. I said there was no charge for return. She said the charge is for printing (one page bar code) She was one aptly asking for help waiting on other customers so why would have any confidence? Guess the “Proffesional Amazon person” should have been impressive.

Get her some OJT working with customers. Especially interpersonal skills! Three stars was generous. I left to change their kids hls dropoff. The apparently aren't “Professional Amazon people” as never have an issue there.
PS. Store has 5.7 rating and store on 3rd Street inWinter Haven is 109% What does that tell you?
Sometimes a line, but usually goes fast. From my experiences at this Winter Haven location it was fast service with returning my Amazon errors and sending grandkids packages. Pleasant staff and friendly. Sorry to say I have seen some displeased customers, but they didn’t have what they needed to finish the transactions, that isn’t the staffs fault. Thank you for being in our area. It is a convenient location.
If you need witnesses or notary for notarized documents, they provide good pricing.
Also, when I send things back to Amazon, I haven't had any issues as far as items getting lost.
The Ladies working in this UPS are really fast, always giving an awesome service, and in a friendly manner. The store is across the street from Lego Land. It has plenty of parking, and it's accessible for people with special needs. Opens Sundays. It's in the same mall of Publix, Subway, Chase Bank, and China Garden. Thank you for your excellent service UPS.
