13I’m really impressed with how quick and efficient the team members are! They know how to multitask and make the line go quick.
Just left store the managers personality quite abrasive / inpatient explaining how to make an Amazon return. Definitely not good with having to repeat a process to help someone understand the process of returning. He might have had way too much caffeine but I will def not recommend this location at all! 0-1 stars ️ He is not cut out to deal w the public or needs some kind of counseling
This is my go to UPS store by Siesta Key! Never a long wait, always courteous staff. I occasionally have to do a fair bit of volume for overnight letters and the like, and having confidence I can get that done in a timely fashion is invaluable.
Hands down the best UPS store in town! I won’t be going to any other UPS store from now on. They helped me notarize my document and help others with five star service while I was there! Thank you guys!
Thank you for being open until 4pm on Saturday while other location close earlier. Such a convenient location to drop by to any time.
There is a new owner of this UPS store; I had overheard him on the phone with someone while I was waiting in line a few visits ago. This guy is on top of his business, and this is now the best UPS store in this area. They are extremely efficient, and he has great employees. VERY refreshing to see someone who really knows how to manage a business! AAA+
Store is very clean, employees are friendly and easy to work with. Better than most of the other UPS stores in my area.
Great customer service. Needed some bubble wrap and tape to secure a bike for a flight. Helped out in a pinch without issue.
Want to charge me over $3 to print a shipping label for an Amazon return… Told me after they printed. No thanks

The store hours for Sunday need to be updated. I'm here at this location at 1: 20 PM and it is closed.
This is purely my opinion but I’ll give the facts. I have never witnessed the level of unprofessionalism at any UPS store or FedEx. Go somewhere else. Today, as soon as I walk in, Connor tells me that they close in 10 minutes. That’s fine. I don’t want to take long. However, a stream of customers come in after me and the person helping me seems to be struggling. No help from his coworkers. So, as the customers leave, Connor complains to his coworker about shifts and they discuss time off, and are generally complaining about work. The poor kid is still struggling to help me while Connor and his coworker complain. I feel bad. So I say to Connor - I can’t believe the level of unprofessionalism I’m witnessing. Connor is immediately defensive and tries to argue with me. There is clearly an attitude problem. I let him know I’m not going to argue with him because I want to let the other people go home. The other individuals including his other coworker were incredibly quiet and knew that Connor was not acting professional. You should just not go here. Clearly - it’s poorly managed and not good customer service.
I drop off to this store all of the time and have always found the staff to be knowledgeable and helpful. This is the first time that I have needed to look into a missing package and Wow! I can't even get through on the phone. "The wireless customer you tried to call is not available at this time. Please try your call again later. " One time a person picked up, said hold, and 15 minutes later I was still holding. I had to hang up. When I look up the tracking # it states "Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet. " I dropped it off 2 weeks ago. Hopefully soon I can get someone to help me.
