As always, this store is a nice place to ship from. The people are always friendly and helpful. And today when I had a problem (my error), the manager helped me to correct it.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. But for almost $300/yr for a mailbox I would like for the weekend hours to be the same as weekdays.
Staff at this store seemed to go out of their way to be unhelpful. Fortunately, when I called the UPS toll free line, I was able to get an associate who was interested in assisting me.
I'm disabled and we t in to drip off a few returns. The young lady that helped me was very rude and unprofessional, and had no compassion that I was holding myself up at the counter, and didn’t even offer a chair. I had to ask her for a chair, and she proceeded to let me walk to go get the chair keep in mind I am on a walker with a crippling disease. She started to check me out, but then answered the phone and another girl came from behind the counter and started to check me out and the other girls that I’ve got her and I said no I would rather have this girl check me out your attitude is not very professional and nice. She proceeded to tell me that my attitude wasn’t nice acting like a child in grade school. So I am very disappointed that I have to go back in there today she returned some items because the atmosphere that I walked in was not pleasant at all.
I just had an amazing experience at this location. They helped me with my notary papers. Very nice people work here. I really appreciate it.
Pretty Good Service for Technical expertise. But, a little bit rude with people with hearing difficulty.

I have to leave a four star rating due to this store's lack of an on duty notary. But I would like to leave a 5 star review for the excellent service I received from Rose, who took the time to find out which location did have a notary available. Very friendly and helpful!
I came in today to return something for Amazon. I was not greeted by the person (African American woman) that helped me. I told her I was returning something and she said “put it on the scale. ” When we were done, I was walking away and she said “ have a nice day. ” I didn’t say anything and she said, Well I won’t say that again. ” So rude! A customer should feel welcomed from the moment they come in, until the are finished. You never know what someone is going through. You also never know who is looking for someone to hire. I would never ask her to come to my business.
