So i had to return a slip and slide that I purchased for my grandbabies because it had a big hole on it. I did an Amazon return and was instructed to just drop it off. UPS will box it. I did drop it off in the original box but the box was ripped. According to Amazon, that's OK. No. UPS kid tells me I have to pay to have it boxed. I showed him on my phone where it says Amazon unboxed drop off. He tells me they've told Amazon but they won't listen! Really? It's not the money he charged. It's the fact that the UPS location in Southgate, honors the unboxed drop off. All locations should.

Between purchasing shipping supplies and amazon returns this store makes it incredibly easy! Also want to mention how nice the staff is, especially Raymond who goes out of his way to help! This UPS store won't let you down

We were trying to get papers notarized for our new home and Wells Fargo was extremely rude said they couldn’t help us. So we went to ups across the street and Raymond was so helpful and polite he is what customer service should be.
