We needed to get some documents notarized for a visa application and it was so easy to do here! I made an appointment online for the same day, and Tony was so helpful and professional when we got there. Our docs were a bit complicated and he was great, made the process so easy. Highly recommend.

I have a tendancy to run late and everyone is ALWAYS gracious with my returns! Never complain about my coming in last minute! Always with a Smile and extremely proficient! What more could you ask for?

This ups is a bit farther than my “local” ups but I prefer this one by far. They’re always super quick and helpful. Andrew specifically helped me out today but any of the staff are great!

Our fav UPS Store. Went to the one in Holiday…. Mistake. Had an issue when dropping off an Amazon return (it was unpacked and should have been), Andrew was helpful in pointing it out to me, returned the next day and dropped off. Always plenty of people working here and they are always friendly. Rarely a wait, and great location

I drop off boxes every single week at this location because I love the customer service.
There’s another location near my house but I prefer to drive an extra couple of miles just because the staff is so helpful and friendly.

We had the best experience in this store. We shipped 4 boxes from out of state to them. They held them securely for a few days until we could pick them up. I called 3 different times (speaking with Amanda, Tony, and Tracey) and received top-notch service and info. Since arriving in Tarpon Springs we've used their printing service, which is also high quality. Great service - highly recommend!
