The UPS Store, Palm Harbor FL

Quite possibly the worst customer service experience in recent memory. The owner is rude and has no regard for customer service. Pro tip. Unfriendly, rude, and acts like customers are a inconvenience.

Not sure on what planet you think two staff to handle customers in the middle of the day, two days before Christmas is sufficient. Line is literally out the door.

This UPS used to run extremely smoothly. But now, I refuse to even step foot in this location. The owner is nothing but a power hungry, angry man who has no business handling the public. Watching how that man could berate and scream at employees for tiny things, is appalling. How do you expect to keep staff if your owner is insufferable for even customers inside for 5 minutes? UPS Corporate needs to look into how their stores are running. Mine is not the first or last complaint about this man.

Honestly anyone who's taking the time to write a negative review about this store is most likely a spiteful and petty person scorned when they realized that the world doesn't revolve around them. This is a small store that deals with hundreds of customers a week. Workers like Tonia, Ethan, and Kitt always go above and beyond when they come to work, effort that sadly gets overlooked by entitled "adults" who don't understand how their complex system works. This is a great little store that does an amazing job.

Every time I go to her UPS store whether it’s the one here or any other location they seem to be everywhere I go because that’s very helpful as well. I am treated with respect and if I don’t understand something they’re extremely patient. It’s also great value for my small business needs.

Joey was very accommodating and friendly. He was efficient and quick in getting my big packages sent off properly. So grateful that we have such a great UPS store near us! He is an exemplary employee that convinced me that I'm never going to go elsewhere! Thank you!

I am so shocked right now. 2 incidents that have happened in the past 2 weeks. Today I went to have a form printed and notarized. I was advised after my document was printed that they were too busy to have it notarized. I asked the notary directly if he would notarize my form and he told me he was too busy and to go to Curlew and 19. I told him I was on my lunch break and repeated back to him “so you are telling me you are too busy to notarize my form and you want me to go to another store”. He said YES- “ I have to work on a project and I’m too busy”. Meanwhile- Last week I came to this store to have something shipped back to a retailer and the representative mixed up the label and actually shipped it back to me. Let me also add that I paid for packaging and when I stopped in today I let the person who helped me know of the error. He really didn’t have a response- I would have at least thought he would offer to ship it again correctly. He did not.
By the way- the Curlew and 19 location was amazing- they took care of me and they were also very busy. Honestly it took the person longer to tell me that they were too busy and provide me instructions to another location then it took the other location to notarize the form. Basically a waste of time. Go elsewhere!

I needed to ship my grandmother's chair from Florida to Colorado. I called 6 different ups stores, this was the only one who said that they could ship it. They wrapped it up after I left the store. When the box arrived, I was really impressed with how well they wrapped the chair. This is the place to go if you need to ship something important.

I want to Thank Chris and his team for their patience and help with a trying situation of documents that needed to be copied, scanned, emailed etc.
Along with getting my Christmas Gifts shipped in a timely manner.

This is by far the best UPS around the area. The owner is great and the staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. Anything i alway need done from there whether it be printouts, signatures for notary or just Amazon returns, the staff are always quick and efficient. I Will not even bother going to a different UPS anymore.

We use this location above all other options in the area because the staff is friendly & helpful. Every time.
