DO NOT go to UPS store to make prints, copies, etc etc. They are seriously the worst. My kids have a penpal business that requires around 300 copies every month. We try to use libraries (but cash only is inconvenient sometimes), office depot is more expensive than most libraries but better price and experience than ups.

In this particular instance, I called ahead today. Spoke to a gal who put me on hold multiple times for fairly simple questions, call took forever. Quoted $30 to cut 12 pages in half (what a joke!). I opted to do myself with scissors. I tried to order online (because they charge $5 more if you email it to them), but the online service wouldn't preview my image. I called and told them, they said to email it for a quote and they'd get right back to me. 2 hours later I had to call because I got zero response. They guy was short and rude and talked over me. Said even though their online system wasn't working that wasn't their fault and I would still have to pay the $5 extra fee. Also, I needed gloss cardstock, he said they have it, it's extra.fine. But it wouldn't let me choose that online. "well, you'll have to email in then. " great.can't avoid that extra $5. He said he'd get to the email right now and reply with a quote.almost an hour has passed again and still no response from them.

Long story short, don't go here for print services. Constantly tacking on extra fees for the stupidest little things, poor customer service (pretty sure these people hate their job, never had a happy experience at any ups store across the nation.).

Came in for a few copies but with that price must be crazy, and how they pride themselves with quality of their work and the knowledge of their team. I when and bought a printer with ink, some printer paper went to go eat with my family and still could buy a pack of gum all with the price yall said it be, your prices are it's just as bad as scaming people.

Wanted to drop off a package that I had purchased shipping for online. Ebay sale. The box was a sturdy box, plenty suitable for the item it contained. They wanted to rebox it (at my expense of course) because it was a reused box. I told the guy that the box didn’t contain the original item and was perfectly fine for the contents. I’ve been shipping packages for over 25 years and know how to box correctly. I ended up taking the package to CVS for drop off where there was no problem. This UPS store just wanted me to pay their price for one of their boxes. Won’t go back.

The store was moved to another location and it changed a lot from prices to CS. We go an hour away to deal with UPS because of it. Some employees are nice others are not.

This place charges more than any other ups store and adds extra charges that are not needed i have tried to send several things through here and was told i could not ship in that box and was told i had to pay to have it reboxed or my tape wasn't good enough and i have to pay to have it retaped and i had to pay to print a label that was already paid for i also went to ship something and they cut my tape and looked in the box without my permission then said i had to pay to have it re taped each time i went to other ups stores or drop off locations and was not asked to pay additional charges

What an atmosphere when you enter the store. Friendly greetings, polite and patient staff always make any of my needs easy and painless. Very outgoing and proficient at what they do. Hardly ever a wait, and if there is a line they are always quick to get thru it without anyone feeling rushed!

Wanted to charge me to use clear tape, something that the ups website says is free. This staff is stealing money from ups accounts, read the reviews before going to this location. Staff at this location is completely useless. Seemed like they did everything in their power to make mailing a simple package impossible. UPS please send help to this location. They need it. I was refused the free mailing envelopes and was told they couldn't spare any because they were short on inventory due to the holidays. Sad considering today's date and they are already struggling. Also told they would have to charge me to use clear packing tape to adhere the ups label. Lol. This location at 3541 US-441, Okeechobee, FL 34974 has staff that is lazy and completely unprofessional. The entire staff needs to be retrained, with a crash course in costumer service and dishonest business practices.

This is the 2nd time going in there and they WANT TO REPACKAGE the item I want to mail. And when asked to US mail it the cheapest way. The price is phenomenal!

For the few times I used their service was very good but for the last one I'm very disappointed by they services, 2 times I send pickles to my son who is in NAVY located in Virginia there nothing problems but the last one I send some (pickles, jerky's, birthday card and funeral card in one package) my son got everything and the pickles dissappear from the package, when I ask the staff why and how my stuff dissappear the just said can't do anything about it. They didn't responsible and which $ 199.82 fees they services worst and not guarantee, I will never use them again and I told to all my friend and neighbors for how clueless they are.

Terrible experience. I had a return label for a chicken scalder. Just needed it boxed. They wanted $90 plus tax. I told them its broken and just needs a box. But I got a lecture about double and single wall cardboard. As I'm leaving I get shouted at that they will do it for $40. So get ready to haggle the box cost. They get two stars because they were nice about letting use the dolly.

Apparently this store will haggle prices with you for boxing an item. Somehow it went from $90 to box an item up for a return to $40 when we turned around to leave. The attitudes were unacceptable. Do better.

Krissy, was super friendly and all the workers were patient with my many Amazon returns! I like the new location, much better parking and more centrally located! Super happy with my UPS store!

I have been here several times. The last 2 times, I used Amazon plastic packing bags complete wrapped in clear tape purchased at their store. Package was refused after taping and I was told they can not accept Amazon bags reused, even though in perfect condition. I brought a box in & had duct tape on it and again purchased clear tape there & applied it in store. They said ups doesn’t accept duct tape. I use the UPS store in vero and never get told these rediculous things. Especially that a plastic bag can’t be used twice. Rediculous!

I went in to return an item for which I had a label.

In order to get that label it cost 2.25 for 3 mi uses of computer time plus. 25 for a copy of the label.

I could not get into my email so my only other option was to send to their email which was 5.00 plus 0.25.

They did not like my box and wanted to charge me for bubble wrap 3.00. I said no, just ship it in the box it came in. Put some tape on it and let's go. Sure, that will just be another 1.00.

I said forget it and walked out.

Today, I packaged the item and printed the label for 0.25 at the library.

When I took it in to ship the questioned the bubble wrap mailer I had it in and taped like it held glass. They didn't like that I didn't spend any money with them today.

I will never use ups unless that is absolutely the last place to ship. Terrible.
