The UPS Store, Miami Springs FL

Their employees give very good customer service. The place is very clean and there are always few people so you don't have to wait to be served.

I asked them for a quote, after providing the owner with all the information regarding my package, they refused to get back to me

This store is great. The employees are very nice and respectful. Been going there for 3 years and have a box there.

I went to drop off an Amazon return that was delivered to me in the manufacturer box. The kid at this UPS store told me that he could not take my return because it was in its original box from manufacture while sticking both of his fingers into the box breaking the box and making two holes in it! Then he said that he could only receive the return if I purchased a box from UPS. Completely unacceptable!

Amazing experience when I was at this UPS store, the sweetest staff you can ever encounter and they are so quick and efficient all while providing friendly service.

It says that the hours are until 6: 30 pm when I arrive at 6: 18 they are vacuuming with the system off. They do not want to attend. They do not want to work. If they want to leave before, publish that they close the system at 6 and the doors at 6: 30 which doesn't work.

Quick and efficient service in and out in less than three minutes with six people in front of me

This is my third time in this store, and a complete failure, I would never use this store to do any UPS matter, the employees are very rude, they treat you extremely disrespectful and they have no knowledge about the boxes for shipping, they are rude and never look into your eyes even or greet you. They never try to help you and would always give you a problem even when there is no one. Like today my box was ok for shipping and after telling me it was not, the guy said it was good and did not even apologize for his behavior. Poor management and poor customer service on this store. Never go here if you don’t want a bad experience.

The staff at this location will not provide proof of accepting a package into their custody. They claim they handle USPS mail as a curtesy but charge for mailing and PO boxes. When asked if I could take a picture of proof of receipt since the labeling obviously identified my item as highly pilferable they became indignant. The location is monitored by cameras but filming by a customer is so unreasonable that they became haughty. Common sense should be a requirement for any job where you might need to think about what comes out of your mouth.

Terrible store more than anything because of its employees.they have no idea what they are doing.today they asked me for my identification to make the shipment.as well as asking me to pay the most expensive rate. I will never go back to this place again. I just have one question. If I were not a resident of the United States, would they not let me send or do they have a problem with immigrants?

I never thought the neighborhood needed a UPS Store.now I wonder how everyone managed without one! Staff is always friendly and kind. It's usually a quick in and out but even with the occasional long line it is still pretty quick service.

Staff works hard and everyone seems to be happy at work.
