The UPS Store - Brickell, Miami FL

The most horrendous customer service this store has. I’m extremely unsatisfied by the way they treated me. They don’t know how to serve people with the bad attitude they have and the way they handle things. I won’t recommend anyone going to this horrible store in this areA! Stay away!

Very professional and friendly staff, always go the extra mile to make their customers happy. I have been coming to this location for over 2 years, and they are the best in my neighborhood. 5 stars all the way!

Very disappointed with this location. I was waiting in line outside the store few minutes before closing. An employee said they were not going to allow more customers and just closed the door in our faces. Very rude. That was after 20 minutes looking for a parking. Parking access is terrible.

They are supposed to be profesional packers and destroyed two speakers after charging more than 700 dollars to ship from Miami to CT.
If they are incapable of packing heavy items they should say so. Un profesional costumer service. Worst ups store I know.

I have been using them for a long time and was somewhat satisfied. Unfortunately, they lost or stole one of my packages that I paid them to send it through USPS. They didn’t give any real solution or explanation, and on top of that they suggested that probably I was lying. Soooo! Disappointing. Be careful with showing up expensive packages to employees it could disappear mysteriously and they don’t offer insurance.

What a convenient store. Great staff and made it easy to get moving supplies! Store associate Alain Cueto went above and beyond to help me with all of my packaging needs. Knowledgable, friendly, and even helped me load everything in my car! WONDERFUL STORE AND SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you UPS 3155 and thank you Alain!

Great Service and Atmosphere. The CSR who helped me, named Sonny, was really nice, knowledgeable with answers to my questions and was really upbeat about helping me and his job! The store is nice / clean and a place that I felt very comfortable and confident in sending my shipment from!

These guys really are the best in the area. I've tried various locations and other companies and keep coming back to this store.

This place just keeps getting better and better! Great staff and great attention. It's not easy nowadays to find people who greet you well and remember your name. They are also great with my kids when I bring them, even when my little ones are in a cranky mood.
As far as services are concerned, I've shipped everything! From documents, artwork gifts, etc and never had a problem.
I am super satisfied with their knowledge and service. Thanks guys! I will coming back!

I went to this location to ship a items that i sold on eBay, this store has the best customer service ever, I'm so surprise compere to other store I'm been to, can complaint, definitely i will coming back to ship all my items, excellent customer service:)

I had to liquidate my ebay store, so i went in to your brickell location to send out some computers. Your staff was very friendly and helpfull. Raphael specially helped me out in finding the fastest and more affordable way of sending out my metchandise. I had no complaints from my customers.and i have your staff to thank! A+Service!

The service provided by this store is exceptional.
I prefer going to the UPS store instead of FEDEX because of the staff.
In particular this one in Brickell has the best staff you can get!
They are courteous and they know what they are doing.

This is a great place to come if you ship using UPS. They offer packing and printing services and the staff are super friendly and eager to help you. They are located in the heart of Brickell next to the Metrorail.
