The lady in the front is really nasty. She has an attitude as soon as go there and if you have questions she is very rude about helping you. They are suppose to be helpful not rude.

Had a amazon return with no box or label, which was a option on amazon return. The Ups rep clearly didnt understand this, was rude as hell, taped my 2 items together and placed label on it, said "there thats how its going back".

Would give 0 stars if I could. The staff here are super rude and treat people like garbage. I get that you don't want to be there, but it's your job. Don't take your frustration out on the consumer.

Would give 0 stars if I could.
Stopped by to have a document notarized. Document has two signature fields in case two people are signing it.
Notary refused to notarize a single signature alleging two people were obliged to sign the document. The person who was signing the document in his presence presented his ID and I was going to sign the document later and have it notarized by a different notary.
Noatry refused to speak with me on the phone to clarify and was very impolite.
Shame on UPS for offering such a poor service.

Terrible customer service! I've always come to drop off USPS returns from Amazon with no trouble. The two ladies working ignored me, then we're extremely short and rude, telling me they won't accept my packages. I explained that I always drop them off at this location and I, once again, was ignored. They were too busy fixing the receipt printer paper. I'm giving three stars since I usually have a pleasant experience.

Watch out for some serious attitude here. Just dropped off few Amazon packages. I greeted the associate but she did not bother to answer. Pulled the boxes and scanned the labels. The 3rd box wasn't sealed. She smacked the kennel on the unsealed carton so I asked if the box can be sealed with tape. She said with an attitude, yes it will be sealed. Last time here. At the end of a long working day I don't need someone's attitude. I should have scheduled a pick up instead.

Pam (PJ, as she affectionately known) is so helpful to me and my business. I have a shared office suite mailbox here because of her. I don’t know what I’d do without her and this office store.

Horrible customer service! Stood at the counter and two people just sat in the back watching me. Had to tell them I was here to drop off a package. Still never said anything as she came over to take the box. I asked her three different questions with no answer given. She was Indian decent I believe. If you don't like your job please find another.

I have been coming here for years. The people are great. Pam is a sweetheart and is very efficient. Jason recently left and we will miss him. Thanks to everyone for the great customer service!

The store needs to be open when it says it will be open. Showed up at 2: 25 and they close at 2: 30. Guess what? Closed.

The worst customer service I've experienced! The lady (if she deserves to be politely addressed as such) was snobbish, rude, and condescending. I took my package and left for the post office. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

What’s so special about this UPS store? The people who work there! I’ve had a business mailbox there going on 5 years now. The same key people work there everyday and are more like my team members than employees.
I so appreciate their dedication to making this the best UPS store ever!

Worst customer service ever! The lady was so rude, impatient, short and very belittling. Halfway through the transaction she asked another employee to take over like we were not worth anything. We took our package and business elsewhere. WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE!

The woman that works here is Extremely Rude. She acts put out when you have questions and gives smart remarks. If there is multiple customers she just sits in the back watching everyone. I go out of my way to the other location. UPS if you read this, the lady that runs this store needs some serious HR and Customer Service training!
