Always kind and friendly. Sometimes there is a wait, but nothing that the employees are at fault.

Went there at lunchtime to get a label printed girl was not helpful at all, I tried to print it out on my phone and asked the young girl to help me she was useless, I, should of gone to the better one up by the McDonald's near Colonial, you need to get better help!

The young lady in shipping was very nice. But the older women assuming management was very rude rolled her eyes and had nothing but smart remarks.

I have had my personal boxes along with my business boxes with this particular UPS store for the last 10+ years and I have always been treated with kindness and respect every time as I have walked in.

I have seen them when they’ve been very slow to when they have been very busy trying to assist other customers.

I must say when I have seen them work with difficult customers they always try and assist them as much as they possibly can but there are times when you just can not please everyone as its not their fault as they do not determine how much a package will cost to ship in the end.

I think we as customers also when we make a post of any business also need to say the whole story as to what really has happened as opposed to just what we want people to know as well as what we want them to listen to for making a post on any business be it good or bad should be accurate as opposed to just going on emotions which from what i have seen on other reviews seems to have happened.

Thank you Lynn for always being courteous and professional along with your staff being Bella along with Cameron and Austin as you all really are wonderful day in and day out as I also would like to thank you for being able to deal with the public as you all do day in and day out.

I travel all over the country and use The UPS Store to ship items back to Amazon if needed. Because I don't have a printer in my RV I'm at the mercy of these guys to print my label. I've never had a problem with anyone ever doing this until today. I usually just log into Amazon and send the label to them for printing, not at this store. They nickel and dime you to death. Not only did they refuse to print my label but they directed me to a computer that charges your credit card $19.98 to log on to my Amazon account. The charge is held until you're finished then it deducts a fee per minute from the $19.98. Therefore costing me $2.28 for something any other UPS Store would do for free and in a quarter of the time I wasted. Beware of this store and their tricky ways to scam you out of every penny they can get on something that should be free. I'm certain Amazon pays them a fee to help their customers without any extra burden.
I read on another review where the store responded “they built their store on customer service”. I’m guessing they are doing their best to tear down what they built.
I plan on contacting Amazon tomorrow and complain about this store.

Absolutely the rudest staff ever. They came out screaming at everyone saying they need a break. I guess the whole place has to take a break at one time. Screw customer service!

Literally just walked in and was told they were going on break in 2 minutes for a half hour and that I needed to leave. RUDE STAFF, I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT STORE.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I go out of my way to use this location over others in the area because of the superior customer service.

I had a package to return, the company emailed me a return label. I called the ups store at fiddlesticks that told me they could print my label for 1.15 and made a mistake of going to the Daniels crossing store. Big mistake. The most unhelpful rude women ever, not another person in the store, the employee told me to go to the computer and do it. I have never done this. So she very rudely said she would print it so I forwarded the email to the store email so she could print it. She told me they do not want to do this for people, HELLO, isn’t this what ur store does? She was the most rude b.ever. And then charged me 2.95 and I needed one peice of tape to seal my box and she was sooo put out, a piece of tape. She made me feel she was so put out and she and the other girl were so rude. I will never go there again. Maybe this is why no one else was in this store. I only hope she’s not the owner and the owner sees my review. I can’t imagine a franchise owner treating a customer that way. I have gone to this store in the past and the employees were so nice. This is a very unhappy woman. Oh after reading Sarah James review. Probably the same woman. Mariah.

I have used this store in the past and never had an issue until today. Mariah helped me and just made me feel very dumb. She laughed in a condensensing way when I wasn’t sure what method to send my package. I don’t send packages often so I wasn’t really sure. Then she didn’t give me options and I said I guess usps and she confirmed it was the least expensive way. After she quickly printed label I asked if it had a tracking label and she said no. I then asked what the difference in price was and she huffed as if she was annoyed she had to look it up. There was literally no one else in the building so I’m not sure why she was so rude but if you want to send a package here don’t ask her to help.

Very clean and organized store and I was greeted warmly as soon as I walked in and was directed to the perfect packaging for my return items.
Definitely recommend to all!

Staff did not explain their pricing prior to packaging two items, or that they would need to "create a special box" for the size I requested - I was charged $25 JUST for the box, not including any shipping costs.

I have used this UPS store on many occasions and they are the most courteous and helpful! I know I can always rely on them for any shipping, printing, cute and regular paper supplies, and more. They deserve and earn their 5 stars!

I had a PO Box here for years.the staff is excellent; very polite and professional.all of them are long time employees. The store is immaculate, unlike some of the shady looking po box places! Only reason I left was because I moved too far away. I highly recommend them for your PO Box service!

I went into this store almost two weeks ago to mail my boyfriend a nice watch (for our anniversary). He lives in London and I wanted to see the pricing on shipping international. The two young guys (Andrew was one) told me I had two options: UPS for $160 or USPS for $37.00. I needed insurance and they claimed the only thing I could get with USPS was a tracking number. The package is now lost in London and when I called USPS they said I was overcharged by this store almost $20 as my package was only $21.38. I suggest not using these scammers as they overcharge and my package is lost. I am not out almost $400. Next time I will go to real post office or use UPS. Be very weary of this store.
