Comes with a warning label. The location is ok, front desk is very strange with a rude young gentleman. For parking, you must park away from the hotel, which is a couple blocks away from someone like myself who has a bad back and can't walk far it sure wasn't easy. The room smells like good old cheap Fabolous cleaner, so strong you can taste it. Bare minimum for sure, don't suspect anything special. TV doesn't have any kind of channels had to use our accounts to login to apps. Shower had hair in it, there was no hot water. Couldn't sleep because the bed is like a rock, you only get 1 pillow that went flat. Never again will I visit this location. You've been warned.

The only good thing about this hotel is it‘s location. Other than that, I can just say don‘t book it! The room is rather old, dirty and really simple. It smells bad, the AC doesn’t help and you can’t open the window. The pillowcases were broken, so the inner pillow sticked out, the bathroom has stains all over the wall, the water of the shower was always really cold (we always showered cold!) and the water of the sink was burning hot. The room service only made the bed but ignored the wet and dirty towels we put on the floor completely and even after asking for new ones, we didn‘t receive any. Same for toilet paper. Calling at the front desk is also a waste of time, no one is ever answering haha.
Spend those few dollars more and get another hotel.

Very clean! Very "bare bones" in terms of the hotel. That worked fine since we really just needed a place to stay and get cleaned up. Parking is a 5 min walk away in a parking garage. Be aware that it would not be the easiest place to get to if you're in a wheel chair or can't manage un-even side walks. The room was clean. No hand towel, no wash cloth, no bathroom floor rug/towel (be careful on the slippery floor when you get out of the shower). There is no place to hang clothes (no rod in the closet). There is no door on the closet, for that matter. One pillow per person. Need was comfortable. The staff were nice and it was clean. There was nothing fancy in the room. Just white walls (no artwork). We'd stay there again if needed. It was just very basic.

A total disappointment. It does not correspond to the photographs they publish or its cost.
Total lack of cleanliness and negative service. What acts as a closet in the rooms are lockers like those in the military.
The only positive thing about it is the location, very close to Lincoln Street. I do not recommend at all.

The hotel is simple, perhaps too simple, with metal wardrobe, no table, just two chairs, a bed, two bedside tables and lamps. There was no space to store products in the bathroom, it was difficult to organize our few products.
The smell on the floor was the smell of urine and I could have ignored it all if it weren't for the insects. We saw two large bugs. One on our floor, the second in our room. I'm talking about 5cm bugs.
Cons: It has a good location. The staff was friendly, they made our bed and changed the towels every day.

Amazing hotel, you can't beat those prices in Miami Beach.

If you’re looking for a no frills budget hotel in miami, i would go with variety.it really wasn’t too bad for the price.my boyfriend & i payed ~100 for a night.pros: the room was super clean which i enjoyed.room was very basic and modern, bathroom was really cute.location was right next to a trader joe’s and a relatively safe location both day and night! Rooms are tucked away after the lobby area so we felt pretty safe and snug staying here.staff was really friendly:)

cons: there’s no parking, but that’s more of a city thing, not necessarily on them.i reccomend the trader joe’s parking garage next door to the hotel. 40 bucks for a full day + night so it wasn’t bad for us! We also took advantage of the ParkMobile spots on the side road while exiting in and out for a concert we went to, which ended up being only 14 dollars for around 4 hours!:)
the hotel hallways and room didn’t smell very great.very offputting which we weren’t a super big fan of, but it’s also in the middle of a city so there’s always strange smells coming in and out from outside.they make you put down $100 dollar deposit for the room.i find that odd and was pretty uncomfortable with doing so, but did because we needed somewhere to stay.normally it’s just a card on file, but this was different.the front desk staff told me it takes around 3-5 days to get my deposit back.i’ve seen other reviews on here saying they got theirs pretty quick, so not too worried.overall, cute place.i don’t think i would stay here again because i did see some reviews on bedbugs and the smell was offputting along with the way the hotel was set up.however, it’s a good location and excellent staff.i didn’t get a chance to check out the pool

6 of us stayed here for 2 nights in the one room and was ideal for what we needed.
Very clean room and en-suite bathroom. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels.
Staff friendly and very helpful.
Can’t beat price for this location. Free trolley bus stops just up the road and takes you right into south beach so no need for taxi.

I don’t normally post but this hotel room was so bad we cancelled our 1 night reservation to stay somewhere else. Stains on the wall, makeup on the pillows and a sticky floor. For two people we were given a 4 person bunk bed room. Worse then a hostel

This hotel is really well located: next to Miami Beach and the shopping streets. Spacious rooms as well. Really great!

They offer free cancellation but they don’t refund your money. I've been waiting for a refund for a month. I made my reservation through booking, as my father has health problems, I opted for a hotel with free cancellation. I am extremely disappointed. If my case is resolved, I will update my review, but for now, I don't recommend their service, don't trust them.

Well located hotel but the young receptionist really does not meet our expectations.
He is on the phone for hours with a friend of his, on speakerphone. We are forced to endure his conversation which echoes throughout the hall. When we come to ask him for information, he doesn't hang up and sends us away. A big lack of professionalism.

Amazing overall, everyone at the reception desk was friendly, thank you Chris (guy who works at night), my buddy was unconscious and Chris helped us, gave us water, also gave us a wheelchair to take him upstairs.rooms were clean, bathroom were nice.the location is amazing. 5 minute walk to Lincoln road, 7 minute Uber ride to Collin ave, ocean drive, and Washington Ave, it’s also 20 minutes from Miami airport.will definitely be here next year.

Im still waiting my payment for cancelation! They are not able to send my money back! I had a free cancelation but still they took the money from the creditcard after few minutes and since month I m waiting now to get my money back! How booking work with such of unprofessional hotels!? !?

Absolutely brilliant hotel for the price, I absolutely don't understand the bad reviews. Anyone who is on a budget and doesn't mind a few worn-out furniture or other little things is in good hands here.
