I really enjoyed working with Carol and I learned so much. I never knew I would enjoy tofu the way I do - or my own cooking! Now I actually prefer to eat at home - which is a huge change for me. I also think about my meals in advance and actually plan a balanced meal - definitely a new concept for me but turns out it eventually comes naturally. I really can’t say enough about how my eating habits have changed and my weight and health are both improving because of it. This is a lifetime change, not a temporary diet. I highly recommend Carol and her Vegan weight loss program!

Working with Carol was such a great experience. She helped me learn how to eat as a vegan, creating balanced meals that helped me feel satisfied while working towards my fat loss/muscle gain goals. I was able to make significant body composition changes and build a ton of great new habits during the program. I also really loved the support provided by the group calls, monthly challenges, cooking demos, and Facebook support group. I would absolutely recommend this program and will probably sign up for another round again to keep myself accountable!

Carol’s coaching was what I needed at this point in my life. Her guidance and knowledge of nutrition and a balanced plate helped my relationship with food. It was the kickstart I needed.

Carol is amazing! She’s genuinely interested in making sure you are successful in your program. She’s not about making you feel bad, but about empowering you. I love her philosophy on food and she’s changed the way that I approach my eating habits. I seriously never felt deprived in her program, I ate foods that I wanted, and I lost weight. It was amazing. She makes it so easy and more importantly sustainable to keep the same habits going through our your life. She’s seriously changed how I think about food. Her program is well worth it because it’ll affect your life for the better for the rest of your life. Highly recommend working her if you are vegan and have been struggling with weight loss.

Finally! A vegan nutritionist (that cares)! Working with this nutritionist was exactly what I needed to jump start my weight loss journey. I didn’t have to count calories or macros and I learned so much about balanced meals. I got exactly what I wanted. I lost pounds and inches and learned how to eat for my personal weight loss goals. I would highly recommend.

I found this program to be the first that worked for me after a lot of failures. You don't have to measure everything you eat which is a big turn off for me. Carol uses simple, easy to follow methods that anyone can adapt and use long term. This is not a diet, it is a lifestyle change and is very doable. I highly recommend this program.

Great experience! I never once cut out ANY of my favorite foods and incorporated them daily. I loved my time spent in her program. It helped me lose 12 pounds and keep it off.

Working with Carol changed my life! I went from not knowing how to structure my vegan meals and struggling with emotional eating to feeling confident on how to balance my plate and feel satisfied without overeating. The weekly check-ins and group calls during the 13-week program were great for accountability and support, and allowed me to get any questions answered in addition to receiving really helpful suggestions and tweaks to my diet and routine! Carol is knowledgeable, compassionate and non-judgmental and her guidance was key to my weight loss and change of habits. I can’t emphasize enough how great it was to work with her!

Carol's program is absolutely game changer for vegans and even for no vegans too. She is very well educated and all her advice are very well researched. I have learned so many things during this program and i managed to lose body fat even i could not moved much (timing for me was bad as i suffered a lower back injury before i started the program). However, in this program you are not dieting, you are building or reconstruct habits for life! Carol is such a lovely person and always very responsive. Groups calls, Facebook community, recipes, tips, 1-2-1 calls/chat just name it! Her approach is very holistic and yes at the end you are guilt free for any sweets or bread that you might wanted to eat!

I am so grateful for Carol and her Vegan program! I just finished my 13 week program and throughout that time, I have gone through a lot of life changes. Carol helped me focus not just on my nutrition but on my mental health. Creating habits that I have used everyday as a foundation for my journey to a healthier me. I am finally out of the "diet" mentality that has plagued me for most of my life. And I have been able to lose weight while still enjoying my favorite foods (I'm talking wine and desserts!). Thank you so much Carol for everything!

I have loved working with Carol. I have been yoyo dieting all my life, I decided to stop doing that and have been on a journey to get back to a healthy weight without triggering that unhealthy food obsessed diet brain. Carols approach is about finding sustainable ways to eat balanced meals. She encouraged me to eat chocolate, and she found better ways to incorporate protein and add in habits before I head out and eat in restaurants. I would not have been able to find a sustainable way to eat healthier without her guidance. Googling and personal resolutions would only get me so far, I needed her eye to figure out what was going on. I'm looking forward to taking all these new habits onwards in my journey to be a better me. Thank you Carol!
