The Venus Project

I went to The Venus Project way back in 2014. I am very glad I did, while I was in the state. This place should be visited by everyone that is in Florida. It's so unique and calm. I love the setting and theme. I am also so very grateful to have met Jacque Fresco before he passed (RIP Jacque). Such an inspiration for a lot of dreamers out there. It felt like a sacred place. Wish to return one day; hopefully it's still operational.

Can anybody say the time is now! Can we all see the future yet? Look at our Capitalistic ways and how much pain, sorrow, and misery has been put upon our humanity by the Capitalists system. 1% soon will be. 1% and then we will have no voice period. The time for action, World action, is now. The Venus Project is the new way of life that will replace Capitalism. You notice there is literally no backing on this project. It's been around for many moons. We must continue to strive for a better humanity and this is it! 2021 needs to be the year of the people, not governments that want to suppress our information outlets and force us to use money, a man made resource. Stand up and let your voice be heard

The concept is literally proven as well as being the only fully developed alternative system we have. Something to be taken very seriously in the times in which we live. Despite having a limited staff this location does show very well how TVP would look outside major cities of which they have many different models for on display. Not to mention the countless examples of how to integrate both established and emergent technologies into our lives in a way that is vastly more "human" than our current relationship with technology, not to mention vastly safer. People in crosswalks texting, need i say more about us having an unsafe and unhealthy relationship with technology now? If you have not gone you really should, though do not let some of the vocabulary you will hear put you off as it iis very much not the fault of TVP that there are no other good words for speaking to building a different and better social model nor is it in any way thier fault that through history the vocabulary i refer to has been used by the wrong people for the wrong reasons. They do not have koolaid at TVP, they got a proper serving of honest unashamed reality and serve it up without hesitation. All said its a wonderful experience used to illustrate a beautifully developed idea that quite literally save the world if we wise up as well rebuild it better than it is now should we fail to get wise and make good choices as a species.

My great grand mother is from Old Venus and the New Venus is a great project what's the hold up of the dream from reality?
