Terrible experience! Mateo! I do not advise everyone to go to him! Terrible customer treatment!

Came in at 3: 00pm on a Friday when they close at 7: 00pm so 4 hours left of business. 8 barbers cutting hair they all claimed they did not have time to cut my hair because I didn't make an appointment and they only work by appointments only which is not stated anywhere on the door of the business or on the Google search very disappointing.

Andrew was amazing, I got my haircut and he told me what he was doing asked me how long I wanted to keep the top and he got all the little hairs off my back!

Absolutely love my experience at Village barbershop! The skilled barbers provide top-notch haircuts and exceptional service. The atmosphere is trendy and inviting, making me feel right at home this is why I will be returning for more great cuts every other week. Edwin is amazing! He’s been cutting my hair for 16 months now and I’ll never go to anyone else. He really cares about his work and enjoys what he is doing. He consistently does a perfect job on my hair every single time. He’s got an amazing positive personality and always has some cool and fun to talk about. He feels like a family member to me. The shop itself is a wonderful, clean, fun, and positive atmosphere. Great people, great music, great conversations. The parking is easy and there is a great cafe on the corner I like to get breakfast or lunch at after my appointments. I don’t know what I would do without Edwin and the Village Barbershop. I cannot recommend this place enough. EDWIN FOR PRESIDENT!

This shop is great! I've been getting cut by Ricardo for years now, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Make sure to make an appointment as they don't usually accept walk-ins.

Edwin gave me the best haircut I have received in years. The ambiance is fantastic, the guys there are great and the quality of cut/attention to detail is awesome. My wife noticed the difference right away and said I had to go back now because she hasn't seen this good of a cut on me in a long time. She also liked the smells from the products they used. I am happy, the wife is happy, sounds like a 10/10 to me.

John and the guys treat you like family and make sure your hair is exactly the way you want it! Don’t hesitate to try them!

Great barbershop. My kid's preferred barber is Edwin, who does a great job and is very patient and meticulous.

When they say there is no such thing as customer service anymore, they are talking about this place. There was an app mishap where my time slot showed something different than what they had in the system and the barber who sees my 3 kids was being super argumentative, even after I showed him what the app said. There was no accommodations made and two other barbers had to step in to help me do that my kids could get a cut the next day. I should have switched barber shops after this incident happened because the way the barber acted you would have thought they were paying me to be there, but I foolishly did not. I guess I didn't want the hassle of finding another barber shop, and it was just easier to move past the incident. Two weeks later, I made another appointment for my kids as usual. The next day I got a call from the owner. THAT'S RIGHT GUYS. THE OWNER, who proceeded to tell me that they canceled my appointment because the barber did not want to service us any more. I was shocked about the owner's response, since he was not there and didn't ask me for my perspective, so I was like "do you even want to hear my side of what happened" and his response was essentially no. Not only are they not the most cost effective place for a kids cut and charge you for the full cut if you are even 10 minutes late (that I can respect), but they take the position that the "customer is always wrong" blindly, which is just not acceptable in this day and age! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere where you are valued and respected as a patron.

Izzy is the best beard trimmer I’ve encountered in the Winter Garden area. Have no fear that your chin whiskers are in safe hands when this shear surgeon starts cleaning you up.

Hair stylist would not go off a picture to guide the cut. I basically had to guess on the lengths and it ended up being too long.
