The Villages Golf Cars

I never rose in a golf cart let alone drive one but I had the privilege to drive one from here and it was so much fun.

Rented golf carts there now 2x, and their always quick. So I'm in and out as fast as possible.

I was speaking w the beautiful admin regarding renting a golf cart. Moments into be speaking w Mrs. Admin there was a worker on the sales floor named Brent who abruptly inserted himself into our conversation, word for saying that he “did not care” for our services. I’m livid and disappointed in my decision to work w such a terrible rep.

I finally talked my husband into renting the golf car by insisting on power walking everywhere He held out for 6 days and broke on the 7th! Will power of a goat We dealt with Rick at pick up and Dave at drop off. From start to finish, it was easy quick and the friendliest service possible. We ended up getting back too late for drop off that day and when we called, there were no issues what so ever. Answered all our questions and at no point did we feel like a bother or rushed. Also, big points for telling my husband and the wonderful things about the area as I'm trying to move there NOW! Give more stars if I could! Thanks again for a great experience, start to finish! Really is the ONLY way to soak in the beauty of The Villages!

Villages magnolia has a sign that says service. Beware they refuse to service any cart that isn't purchased from them. This isn't a good look to me.for the villages or their golf Cart company. I took my sister there. She bought a brand new cart a couple of months ago. Last time I refer The Villages golf carts.

I rented a cart for the weekend and Could not wait until they opened at noon on Sunday, left the cart in the service area and put the key in the drop box. When I called to make sure they found it lady on the phone was very rude, was told it was my problem! Very poor customer service!

Our rental went 15 miles an hour and was really loud. But it didn’t breakdown so we we’re grateful for that. The staff couldn’t have been nicer!

Great people to work with at the Magnolia location! The golf car purchased was located in Spanish Springs, even though I was making my purchase at Magnolia, the salesman in Spanish Springs was very helpful. My Magnolia salesperson, Mike Kramer was very thorough, he explained every detail of the golf car and answered all my questions. I needed to have an accessory installed afterwards, the service department was very professional and did a great job! Definitely the place you want to deal with! K Paulson

They have Customer Service down to a science. Reached out on line and received a call back for my repair within 6 hours. Dropped the cart the next day. Was given a free loaner, and the repairs were made the same day! You must purchase your cart from their system to be able to have them service your vehicle. For us it has been worth it!

Always have a good experience here. Staff is friendly and helpful when renting golf carts. Prices are very reasonable

Love my experience at the Sumter Landing in Villages golf cars I purchased a beautiful golf cart customized for me it was very happy with it the customer service and sales in the Service center is top quality and customer care I highly recommend them if you’re shopping for a used new golf cart see Mike Poyner and tell I sent you - You won’t regret it

This company is so arrogant they do not want to sell a track enclosure to a customer that did not purchase their cart from them. Some people who move to The Villages may purchase a house that comes with a golf cart. If you wanted to change the enclosure this company will not sell you an enclosure for it! Arrogance to the extreme!

Been doing business for nine years with these greedy so called company now today thy don't sell to the public parts Really but you will steel from the wealthy law suit comeing there way discrimination will keep all posted

Shelley was absolutely amazing! She spent a lot of time explaining our options and helping us decide. We went to a few places today, and have decided to buy here! The customer service is phenomenal.
Update: we bought from here. The cart is still in production. We are very excited.

I got me new dash for my golf cart and of course they will not take my dream maker passport card on anything so what good does it do to work for the Villages but I got it anyway I'm just going back into retirement if I can't use my discount card

I have purchased 2 Yamaha carts in 12 years and have been completely satisfied with the product and the service.

We will only shop at the Villages Golf Cart-Sumter! Just purchased our second cart from them, and the service is exceptional! They always take good care of us and make sure that we are satisfied. The service manager Joanne, is extraordinary. She goes above and beyond in order to make things right. We will never shop anywhere else!
