The Villages Health Specialty Care Center at Spanish Springs

This was my first visit with Dr. Shlapack.
I was very impressed with his personable manner and attention to detail.
I would certainly recommend him as an endocrinologist.

I have several Doctors at The Villages Specialty Care Center. I’ve never considered going any place else. The care is above and beyond.

The ultrasound technician was wonderful. I arrived late because I got lost and then didn’t prep properly, and she cheerfully rescheduled me for later in the day. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

I really liked my Dr he was thorough but quick and did not keep waiting and took the time to listen to me and my concerns and I felt very confident when I left.

The very best Gyn is Dr. Raquet! Always professional and personable. CNA Terri a good team player.

Dr. Macuha was understanding and a good listener. Also he he was able to help me with my current situation in a manner that will make a difference in my health. To me the best kind of medical care. Putting the patient first!

Dr Miz is the kind of doctor all doctors should be. He explained everything in easy to understand language, made me feel that he cares and gave me a plan going forward.

Very professional and prompt. I had to drink 40 oz of water for an ultrasound, didn’t even sit for one full minute and was called back. Very much appreciated.

Dr. Shlapack is wonderful. He takes time to listen to you. Jennifer, his nurse, is always friendly. The front desk people are friendly and professional.

I had an ultrasound for the first time with Heather this morning. She made everything very comfortable include a nice warm room. She explained things and answered my questions as asked.

Dr. Herman and Lisa are both exceptional at what they do. My experience is the Doctor is competent and the staff is not. Or the staff is competent and the doctor is not. I don't worry about my heart health in they're capable hands.

I Love The Specialty Care Center @ Spanish Springs, from entering until leaving. The front desk is very nice and pleasant and the nurse is awesome and polite too. My Doctor is amazing I hope she never leaves because it’s not easy switching gynecologist.

It was an oustanding visit with Dr Castill and his assisant. He was caring and listened to my concerns. I recieved a phone of my call on my way home telling me the results of a MRI taken of my ankle.

Dr Raquet is wonderful. She took the time to explain everything and inform me of my choices in regards to my treatment. She has told me things about a woman’s health that I have never heard from any other gynecologist, 50 years of seeing others. She is kind, understanding, and has a great rapport with her patients. A special doctor!

Sarah and Amber took really good care of my leg wound and yesterday was my last of around
12 visits of getting my leg back to new. Very cheerful and pleasant. Thank you so much.

I was nervous because, let’s face it, I was at the gynecologist’s office. However, once I met Laura Williams, I felt comfortable and shared with her my medical concerns.

I do not like the Villages Health’s system for refilling medications as it is unnecessarily burdens the patient. Why can’t my pharmacy put in the call to my doctors? I have to be aware of 4 different prescribing doctors and call each one for my many prescriptions. I can’t imagine others in my position like it any better.

I had a wonderful experience with my RA Dr Sullivan! She took her time, went over all blood tests and discussed possible treatment and medications in a caring manner.

My husband, John, is a patient of Dr. Thompson. Dr. Thompson is an excellent doctor who listens, asks the right questions and gets to the problem immediately. His staff is efficient & knowledgeable & the facility is clean & up to date. John would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Thompson & The Villages Health Speciality Care Center.

Dr. Sullivan is very caring, she is so knowledgeable and makes me feel so comfortable. I feel that I am receiving the best care possible from Dr. Sullivan.
