The Villages of Banyan Grove Apartments, Boynton Beach FL

From the application process to move in day, everything went very smooth. Staffing members were great at communicating and answering anyone questions possible. Price, community location is unmatched.

It's a very beautiful place but some residents so annoying complaining about others my daughter in-law just moved two months ago a black old lady already complained twice about she play music 7 am to 10 pm my daughter works 5 days a week until 7 pm the office called they believe her because she been there for a long time if she don't stop because my daughter pregnant I will take her to the court my self, because the office already believe her.

I just rented a unit at Villages of Banyan Grove and worked with a rental agent named Stephanie. She was outstanding through the entire process. Vary patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. If the rest of the staff has her attitude and willingness to be helpful, then I'm sure the time at Banyan Grove will be very pleasant. Management found a gem when they hired Stephanie.

I lived at The Villages of Banyan Grove Apartments in Boynton Beach, Florida for almost 4 years. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property to anyone. Do your homework and visit the property on the weekend. Saturday and Sunday. Speak to current residents prior to making the decision to move forward. We have moved out of the area and are thrilled to have left The Villages of Banyan Grove Apartments.

We just moved in and Stormy has been wonderful. Neighbors are nice, no issues. They are upgrading so much, very nice!

At first I would have given this place a 5 star but I’m glad I waited. After moving in a couple days later I’ve had this meddling neighbor from upstairs coming around my apt circling and watching my every move mind you she lives upstairs but has found herself downstairs around my apartment repeatedly on different occasions. Once I caught her looking into my window and patio and when asked what she was going there she claimed she was looking so see if there was any water leaking because she had a leak a couple months BEFORE I moved in this was a bogus excuse and she was just being nosy. The second time she came around I had just gotten home from a long day at work early in the morning to then have this woman banging on my door when not answered she continued to bang on my door and say and I quote “I know your in there you can’t hide from me “ then she proceeded to call the front office as if she was not the antagonizes and found herself at my door instead of just having the front office handle whatever issue she was having. I had to go so far as to call the police on her for safety and documentation purposes. I guess when your a long term resident in this apt complex you run the show and have a power trip mentality to where the office takes their word without even ASKING you your side before taking proper measures. I had high hopes for this place especially since stormy who help me with the paper work was so nice and lovely really sweet truly.

Could not be happier with choosing The Villages of Banyan Grove. We love our home and have felt welcomed from our very first visit to the property. (Thank You Stormy). Tons of amenities make it easy to make it a home. Our Lake View is pretty great too!

As all rentals in Florida this one is just as overpriced. Rent increases on a yearly basis making it an unsuitable environment for any type of family and/or single resident. The accommodations are fair and decent but nothing out of the ordinary.

The Villages of Banyan Grove has amazing Maintenance and management staff. They are quick to respond, straightforward and honest. They do everything within their power to keep residents happy. This is an extremely dog friendly community. They work really hard to keep the grounds here safe and immaculate. They continue to do upgrades in and around the community. With many people being priced out of paradise, the villages of Banyan Grove does their best to try to keep things as reasonable as the market will allow. Great value for the price! I’ve been here for several years I would highly recommend this community to anyone.

This has to be by far worse place to live in the USA. They are full blown crooks and very Dishonest. I am in the Process of sueing them for fees that was tacked on when i moved and a bumper on my Mercedes Which they Illegally towed from in front my garage. Jesenia Santiago and the crew are all horrible All they do is drive around all day and micromanage what u do in your spare time. Not to mention me getting letters about my 3 year old daughter walking too loud. I rather be in jail instead of living in this community. Beware of this place!

The leasing agent Jessenia at the office is EXTREMELY rude every time you call. She is SO demeaning if you ask any question and makes you feel stupid like you should know things regarding THEIR job. Ask for someone else for sure if you're interested.

If you are seriously considering renting an apartment, look no further! We love this property, it is so well kept and boasts multiple highly valued amenities such as a beautiful pool area, tennis courts, beach volleyball, fishing ponds, state of the art gym and a walking/running trail! We love our unit (high ceilings, new appliances, very light) but our favorite part about Banyan Grove is the dedication of the maintenance and service of the office teams. Any requests are taken care of in such a timely manner and with a helpful attitude! For example, we noticed the tennis courts hadn’t been maintained in some time and raised the issue. Within the hour a maintenance gentleman was pressure washing the court! That type of service and environment is what makes Banyan Grove feel like home. We love it and so will you!

We have lived here for 4+ years and love it here. The community is clean, the grounds are kept well, and the staff is amazing. When you call for maintence the work is done quickly and efficiently. The apartment has a great layout and we are located near many restaurants, the mall, i95, and the beach. I would highly recommend this complex over many others. We feel safe, and have never had any problems.

This property was truly a pleasure to tour. The property is extremely well kept, there are a great variety of amenities to enjoy while being able to social distance, and the units are very well kept with unique floor plans and sky light views in some units. It's definitely worth a visit or a great selection to call home! Stephanie was the most accommodating agent to work with, ask for her - tell her Daitria sent you. You won't regret moving here:)

Overall it's been nice. Very quiet in my location. Staff is amazing and very attentive along with the maintenance crew.

The Villages of Banyan Grove is a very nice, peaceful place to live and I am happy to have been a resident here for the past 2 ½ years. The apartments are spacious and nicely updated. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and my neighbors have all been very friendly. But what really sets the community apart are the people who work here. The maintenance team is the best I’ve ever encountered. They always respond quickly and professionally to all requests and do their very best to resolve any issues as soon as possible. The office staff is also incredible. I’ve had the pleasure most often of dealing with Stormy and the assistant manager Jessenia, both of whom are always willing to go above and beyond to make sure that those of us who live here continue to feel welcomed and happy with our homes. What a great team!

Everything is clen. The staff couldn't be any nicer. Maintenance is on top of everything never waited more than 20 min.

The staff at The Villages of Banyan Grove are amazing. Jessenia makes sure any issues are resolved quickly. The office is very clean and modern looking. I am pleased with how awesome the maintenance staff takes care of this complex. Whenever I have an issue with my home maintenance will arrive promptly to solve the issue. I highly recommend this apartment complex. It's my home and I take pride in where I live.

Moved in here about 6 months ago made very easy by Jessenia Cuello, she was very pleasant to work with. We are working out one minor detail but I have no doubt it will be handed based on past experience. Not only to move in but make it easy from a long distance as well. Just renewed my lease because of the great team here and environment. I recommend it for anyone.

The property staff is probably the most friendly staff I have encountered. They made moving easy and simple. The space is big enough for me and my two pups, who loveeeee the courtyard area. Yet it’s also cute and cozy, making it feel like a home with a back yard!
