The Vitamin Shoppe, Fort Lauderdale FL

As a person who has been to this store quite a few times, I can say that Neel is the most helpful person I’ve met at a Vitamin Shoppe location. He goes out of his way to help you figure out what you are looking for and narrow down from the selection based on multiple factors. Definitely enjoy my experience here because of him.

Went to get some energy drinks and the store manager neel was very nice gave me the best recommendations for what to get and helped more than any other employee I’ve seen here. This was not the first time either I like coming back to this location because he has helped me out so much. Thanks neel!

I’ve shopped at this Vitamin Shoppe for years. The team there has always been very helpful and kept me abreast of specials and new products. The manager (Neal) always makes me feel welcome. While many people buy their supplements online, this friendly, knowledgeable, and professional team make store visits a pleasure.

This is the only vitamin shoppe i will go to because neel gives the best costumer service and recommendations.i just started working out and know nothing about protein powder and he helped me pick one i would like and i really appreciate how helpful he was.will be coming back here because of neels service

I went in to get some protein powder and vitamins to help with my energy and anxiety and Neil the store manager helped me so much! He was very knowledgeable and caring, I will 100% reccomend anyone who needs help with getting any extra supplements to speak with Neil!

Today (Friday 6/30) I dropped off my aunt, who is on vacation here from Venezuela, to this place to get a couple things and she was met with terrible and rude customer service from Daniel. My aunt doesn’t speak much English, so she tried to ask Daniel if they have milk thistle to which he rudely cut her off and immediately said no. She tried to show the translation on her phone and he didn’t even consider looking at it. To me, it didn’t seem to matter how much my aunt was trying to overcome the language barrier and that he decided for himself that he not only wasn’t going to help her but make sure she knew that she wasn’t wanted in the store. With no help from him, my aunt decides to try to find it herself and found the very thing she was asking for within 30 seconds. Then, she asks for help finding power crunch bars and Daniel acts in the same rude and annoyed manner, and again my aunt looked herself and was able to find it. It is extremely embarrassing that my aunt was treated like trash for simply looking for basic customer service. I’m not sure what Daniels problem was, but I’m assuming it was either because she was Hispanic or daniel is just rude to everyone and not fit for this job. I love this shop and think the products they have are great but that all went to waste because of how terrible Daniel was and how he represented the store today.
