I've been a resident at this condo for 3 years and I've only loved it! Very clean, neat, friendly staff and management. Anyone with a different experience is isolated! #happyresident

I have a unit here for 2 years. Top notch all around. Great staff, great property. Life gets no better! Paradise all around. So happy with this place!

Valet parking is Horrible, they charge you registration fee each time, you have a rental or loner car after sending your car for repair, trying to squeeze money by any means.

Love this building. One of the beautiful views of the sea at Hollywood Beach. Super beautiful.

Love my unit but no way to give a better review due to management and parking issues. The building will set ridiculous rules and cherry pick enforcement based upon popularity. Damage to vehicles either by valet or onsite paid parking is never handled and it is a regular occurrence. Now that pandemic restrictions have been eased the property is turning into a hotel of weekend guests that have no regard to annual tennants or owners. European children are raised with limited supervision and it can be disturbing in public areas. Good short term rental location but buyer/renter beware for longer lifestyle choices. Also, be very aware of building fees. The paperwork process can be mostly as they tack on expenses $50-$150 at a time.

Good condo complex on the beach. We love walking here along the ocean. Good beach services here woth umbrellas and chairs. Wave want be like Trump tower;) so, they constructed new pool area and gym 4 years ago, added small cafe near pool. Here are very nice management, not ruin residents life;)
Security strong, skilled and positive.
Love to live here!

Overall not bad experience, but VALET is disgusting. Very unprofessional drivers and service. For very short period of stay, they have scratched my own car and rental good car (photo attached). Nobody wants to be responsible for it, they kick me from one person to other. The management outsourcing that valet company and don't even want to discuss it. I have filed two claims to a valet company which go nowhere. Don't let VALET drive your car. It was kind of stressful experience for vacation.

I'm sure this place had its heyday, but that is long past. The lobby looks like Grand Central Station with people with suitcases moving in and out. A "residence" this is not. The wide east/west 41 story Trump Hollywood to the south casts a large shadow over the entire complex, both buildings, by 11, so you have a sense of living under a cloud. The management responds at their whim since everyone is presumed to be renting and only off-site owners have the power to fire them. You are wonderfully close to the beach and the county employees are unusually helpful, but don't expect much from The Wave.

Nice building, but it's hard to enjoy when you have to be treated like inmates in your own building instead of a resident in their home. Apparently management can't do better otherwise they wouldn't have this reputation and reality.

Babygirl at the front desk likes to hold your mail hostage.which does indeed seem illegal as tampering with mail is illegal. She will also lie to your face, hang up on you (she's hung up on me once when I called because I lost my house keys, and another time when I asked her for my packages that had been delivered that she was refusing to give me when I went in person twice). Otherwise all these recent 1 star reviews are very accurate. It's an awful place to live because of the service staff. No matter how nice you are, how you just exist in that building is what sets them off and makes them treat you like they're the prison guard and you're the inmate.

My husband and I lived in the Wave Full time for almost 2 years. Beautiful building, great location, fantastic beach with lifeguard right there. Make sure you look around and ask around before buying. High volume rotation of temporary visitors. Feels more like a hotel than a home. Another point on this subject, the Ora is that of a Maternity Ward. 80 percent of tenants are pregnant, then after baby carriages galore. Because of all the renting, it’s hard to get that home feeling. That being said, if your looking for a shirt term vacation this would be a good place. Don’t let valet have your car on a daily basis, they have no respect and will trash your car. In dealing with the management on a daily basis, be on your best behavior and brush up on your begging skills to get anything accomplished that you might need. 100 percent aggravation moving in that place. Good luck folks. I’m not even exaggerating one iota on anything.

Not understanding their parking. No guest parking? What if there are two tenants in one unit who each have a car? This city doesnt have good public transit so why are you penalizing people for having a car. As far as I see you are left optionless if you're the person with the second car for one unit. I'm waiting on a call back for an explanation about this. It makes no sense.

The building is amazing and great people live here but the management is HORRIBLE! The treat the residents like they are in a prison. They require a mask in the gym even if you are the ONLY person in there, if you don't wear it you get $100 fine. They watch on the camera to see if you are wearing a mask and send security after you. They only allow 2 chairs together on the pool deck so I hope you don't have children. They run around this place passing out fines and yelling at people like we are in a prison. Sad part is that if the management was better it would be a great place to live.

I’ve enjoyed my stay here (six years). Staff is always professional but really friendly. It’s clean with good amenities.

The building is gorgeous. They have restrictions during Pandemia times to make sure only registered residents can get access to the amenities according with the CDC guidelines. The staff seems to be very effective and proactive in enforcing the rules
