The Gift shop is closed entirely. There is no mention of that on the website.
The hotel bar was only open from 5pm to 10pm even on weekends. However the bartender was great!
The We Have Starbucks advertising is misleading. They have a coffee stand in the lobby that sells Starbucks brand coffee. The Counter lady was rude and impersonal.

I had a very upsetting experience with this hotel, my boyfriend and I stayed here for three days two weeks ago Friday to Sunday. On the first day Friday I was unable to check in because the booking was under my boyfriends name so I had to wait for his flight to come in three hours later, I decided to waste time at the bar. I ended up forgetting my sunglasses at the bar that day but the next day when I went to the front desk to see if someone had returned my sunglasses they said that the bartender brought the glasses in BUT from all the lost sunglasses they showed me, mine were no where to be found at the front desk. I took it a step further and asked if they could contact the girl who worked the previous night to find out where she had placed them, they refused to do so. What most upset me was that these sunglasses were brand new and name brand. After all this the hotel never offered me any type of compensation and I feel like they are fully responsible for my missing sunglasses.

Bathroom leaked all night not enough toilet paper on rooms asked to clean room didn’t change wash clothes, when booked stated complimentary breakfast but were charged for coffee and danish daily, refrigerator freezer doesn’t freeze ice cream bars, no microwave never staying here again have stayed several times over the years very disappointed

Tired place, surprising for Westin. I know it is more a biz hotel, but no poolside services + No sun shade. No bar or food on entire property until 5: 00 pm. Saturday. Areas need cleaning. Busy - they need to hire back more people during covid. Highway noise abundant throughout inside and in. Staff very nice. Relatively cheap for fll standards, but still a disappointment.

There was an incident of some sort with a young man bleeding outside our room claiming he fell off a bike. He knocked on our door and asked could he charge his phone while waiting on his friends to come let him in. The police ended up called but it made me uneasy for the rest of the night due to having my kids with me.

Lobby and checkin was easy, but once you leave the lobby the hotel and rooms are not nice. Carpet all dirty and torn up, and the rooms smelled like a pool. We were on a higher floor too. Rooms and halls just seemed very dingy. Rooms are very damp feeling. I’m surprised because Westin is normally a great standard of hotels. Wouldn’t stay here or recommend. Also the hotel is so dark, where are the lights? Next time I’ll definitely spend the extra money to stay at a nicer hotel.

Best hospitality I’ve had! Better than the service at The Ritz. Rooms were clean, bright and spacious. The front desk staff were amazing, courteous, accommodating. I seriously can’t say enough good things about this hotel.

I love the customer service it was great the hotel kinda needs an update the water runs all night and that kind of bothers me but the customer service made up for it in the vegetarian food was gross

Great customer service, amazing staff, good amenities, bar on site. My only complaint was that due to rain the day before, the jacuzzi was full of leaves and wasnt as hot at it should have been.

While there they had a party in the dining room. Had to eat at bar and there was not that much room. The room was adequate and the bed was nice. A little far to the cruise port.

Stayed in a Jr Suite to find dirty, mismatched and missing furniture. Toilet ruining. Breakfast in room was 30 minutes late one day and 7 minutes late another. Room service dinner? That took 2 hours to arrive. Food extremely over priced as are in room movies.

The only positive was the bed.

I enjoy coming here for lunch. It is never very busy and they always have great service and great food.

This place is Terrible Not worth the price. Room 1420 inside you only get a 28" TV with no HD tv is waves feel like im in the 90's. Loos like they cut the painting to fit the bed in lol. Craftsmanship is bad. Crown molding is cut wrong. Bathroom terrible caulking job everywhere. Toilet you have to hold down to flush. Extra tiles they just put in the bathtube for looks. Small TV in the bar, NO 50"TV. NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. WATCH FOR MY VIDEO ON YOUTUBE AND FACEBOOK

The room was amazingly comfortable and relaxing. The bed slept like a dream. Had breakfast there and the food was very good. Enjoyed the scenery when in the pool and hot tub.

This is a very nice hotel it’s always clean and all the employees are so nice the employe that I want to point out that was so helpful was Antonio that worked in the restaurant here he was very helpful and nice. Overall thus is a great hotel

Very nice, very clean, service was very good. Restaurant was excellent, staff very friendly. Because it is located in a commercial area, activities are limited to the facilities within the hotel property. I would definitely go there again.

Nice staff the rooms are clean, my only concern was the pool it has black algae on the walls and on the floor

Place is sharp. Pool is heated while its cold out with great access to the beach. Great customer service! No free parking.

So did not live up to brand standards. Did not stay after getting into room. Poorly kept and smelled of mold.
