The Wheel at ICON Park, Orlando FL

Did the vip choice, it was alright but I'd stick with regular tickets due to the fact that the unique digital photo options that were promoted were not available and my family was rushed through with just one take. Overall the experience was nice, the view spectacular. However, we also could not get custom bluetooth music in our pod either.

They need to open up in the mornings and close during storm times like 1pm to 5pm cause thats when storms normally hit here in Orlando. They open at 1 pm and we waiting 3 hrs for a storm to pass and it never did.so now we have tickets and they strongly suggest to keep the ticket for 1 yr instead of a refund. Which is ok if you live here however if i was visiting who knows if i will be back in 1 yr. Please open in the morning hours close during storm hours cause we no its going to storm at 3 pm and then open again for a night shift. Thanks in advance

Fun Experience! During Covid you are in your own pod. There is a bar where you can buy drinks for the ride. It takes 30 minutes for a full turn.

The Wheel was so much fun! The family loved. If you buy it through Groupon beware the building has zero service so you have to connect to their WiFi and it takes a few minutes but overall it was great!

If your into big theme parks this is the perfect little spot to eat, play some arcade games and see Orlando from the best view at a reasonable price. Loved it

The Icon was an exciting experience. It was tranquil, relaxing, and perfect for pictures. It wasn't too crowded and the representatives were courteous and friendly. I will return with all of my family.

I am usually nervous with heights and motion but this goes very slow so I didn't feel too much. It made it easier to look out and see the view. It also had a touch screen you could explore places while up there. They sanitized after each car was used.

Fun but a lot of people walking around with no mask and the lines were pretty long. Parking was difficult. Expect to go around in circles for 20 min looking for a space.

My kids and myself loved this experience! I would definitely recommend if you are in Orlando unless you’re scared of heights.

It was Very Busy the over the weekend. We got a 3 attraction orlando pass and this was one of the ones we really wanted to see. Had to wait 20 mins to use our voucher and get our ticket. Then waited another 25-30 mins to get on the wheel. We really wanted to Go at at night but we really didn't want to end up missing it or not being able to get back with the crazy traffic. Once we were on it it was very nice to be able to see from up there.

Great attraction! I’ve been on 3 times, i was impressed with the measures taken to sanitize after each ride, great job! The only thing I disliked was that the volume of the tour guide inside the pod was so loud it was hard to hear my friend talk, annoying to talk over. Is there a way to control the volume? And then she repeats herself at least twice. I think there should be an option to have a small selection of calming music after she’s done talking. Just some recommendations. Overall I love this place.
