I loved this cute little salon. Was perfect and felt very welcomed. Was clean and organized. Kinley was a huge help! She picked out exactly what I was looking for. We showed her a dress on our phone we liked and ended up being the dress of my dreams and I loved! She was very professional and polite. I would recommend anyone I know to go see them. This was the only salon I had been too and I am so glad I went! They also keep in great contact with you as well! Highly recommended!

This place was amazing! Ashton made my dress shopping experience so memorable! When I arrived for my appt she had a handful of dresses in the styles I requested ready for me to try on. I'm so undecisive and she really helped me narrow it down to find my perfect dress. She was so patient with me and SO helpful. The best part - she made sure to keep all the dresses I tried on within my budget and when I found the one, it was under my budget! Would recommend this place to any bride looking for their dream dress?

The White Magnolia was the second place that I went dress shopping at and I HIGHLY recommend having Rachel as your consultant! She was so sweet and absolutely amazing. I found my perfect dress at TWM and Rachel just knew what kind of dress I was looking for even when I wasn't even sure! She even walked me to the front to see my dress in natural lighting to make sure I knew exactly what I was getting. I am very pleased with my experience here and couldn't be happier!

The White Magnolia in Jacksonville provide an amazing experience for dress shopping. From the moment I walked in the entire staff was very welcoming! I worked with Baylie and she understood every detail I wanted in a dress. The process of finding the “one” can be daunting and nerve wracking but she immediately calmed those nerves and made the process fun. Baylie was reassuring through the whole appointment. In the end, she helped me create my dream dress and I cannot wait to wear it!

This was the third bridal salon I visited before finding my dress, and by far the best! Rachel was extremely helpful and was very knowledgeable about the dresses in the store. She had pulled a few before my visit based on information I gave her and also walked around the store with me picking out extra dresses based on what I liked and my price range. I've never been someone to dream about the perfect wedding dress but Rachel made everything very easy and I felt very comfortable throughout my appointment. I would recommend this bridal salon to anyone!

No matter what kind of bride you are please make time to go here. I am not someone who likes to shop or to have the attention on me. I had, had one other try on at another store and hated the experience. My maid of honor got her dress from Magnolia and promised I would have a much better experience…. It was 1000% better. They not only made me feel comfortable, they had dresses picked out, made it super easy going. I was also moving out of state so they got me in and worked around that and they got it so my mom who also lives in another state could come in. I can’t express how happy I am to have found my dress here. They listen to what you want and need and make that happen.

The experience we had at White Magnolia was so great that I wish we hadn't wasted time going anywhere else. Rachel was our support for the day and she went above and beyond my expectations. She made me feel so comfortable and gave me honest feedback when I asked. I wasn't sure what I wanted so she picked out multiple styles within our budget until we found a style we liked. Then she went and grabbed multiple dresses that were in the style we liked until we found the one. We left with a dress and a veil that I couldn't be happier with.

It was Absolutely Amazing. She said YES to the dress! Thank you So, So much for helping my Future Daughter-in-law find her dress. We had an Amazing time. May God Continually Bless this business for Infinity years.

Absolutely fantastic service. Rachel assisted me with picking out the dresses. Since I sent her my Pinterest board, she already had an idea of the dresses that I was looking for. Not once did I ever feel rushed or pressured. I felt welcome the entire time and she was very helpful. On top of that, when I accidentally overlooked the shade and ordered the wrong one, the manager was very understanding and help me sort it out. I would not hesitate to recommend their business.

The White Magnolia far exceeded my expectations! I scheduled my first bridal appointment here because my sister found her dress here a few years back! Rachel was my consultant and she was amazing from start to finish! She contacted me a couple times pre appointment to let me know she was here for me and when I got to the shop it didn’t stop there! She made me feel so relaxed and confident even though I was low key freaking out the whole time! The first dress I tried on ended up being the one! I would recommend this shop to anyone that is looking to find their dream dress!

The store is beautiful. I've drove by for years and knew that White Magnolia would be the first place I'd call. My family flew into town for my first bridal appointment and we expected a fun and memorable experience at the store.

To start, there is a limited diversity and selection of dresses. If one is looking for very ornate, ballgown style dresses then this might be a good place. Very limited selection of timeless, elegant fitted dresses.

Worse, however, was our experience with the bridal consultant. She was curt, impatient and overall had a sour energy about her. Very disappointing. So much so that we eagerly rushed through the process and were in and out in 45 minutes.

I had the most amazing experience at The White Magnolia. Just picked up my dress and everything was fantastic from start to finish! These ladies are so helpful and sweet!

Several of the dresses were damaged when I tried them on, and I felt rushed through my entire session, which we finished 30 minutes early. The consultant only suggested one dress, even though we asked for help and suggestions. When removing a veil from my hair, she ripped out a lot of my hair from pulling so violently on the veil.

Amazing service! Alayna was super personable and helped me find my perfect gown without pushing my price range. I can’t wait to wear it on my wedding day!

I was so excited to go and finally try on some dresses! Rachel was extremely helpful and informative. I wasn't expecting to find "the one", but with her help and guidance I did! Everything is so organized and the staff truly knows how to make you feel special.

From the beginning shopping at The White Magnolia was an amazing experience. I had been to two shops already and found what I thought was THE dress at another shop, but once I tried on my third dress here and was brought to tears, I knew it was the one! Rachel was so helpful and helped me pick out dresses I had requested in advance. The shop is so cute and designed with price in mind so it made the process super easy! The White Magnolia Tampa was amazing from start to finish. I’m an out of town bride planning my wedding in Tampa, so it’s important to me that we use vendors that care and are helpful. The White Magnolia team was nothing short of that. Originally, I scheduled an appointment at a different time and on short notice I had to change it - completely stressed out, I called them and they moved it no sweat at all. I arrived for my appointment and they had dresses pulled literally right off my Pinterest board. They have a no photo policy (which I like!) but they let me FaceTime my grandma who is sick all during the appointment and that meant a lot to me since she unfortunately could not be there. I still don’t know how I got so lucky, we ended up finding a Lazaro gown off the rack and I was able to take it home THAT day. Even if I didn’t luck out and find that dress, they made me feel so comfortable and calm that if I had to order, my dress would arrive with more than enough time to get it altered for our wedding in February. My stylist, Alayna, was so helpful and sweet. She listened to what I wanted and was honest and open about everything. I seriously could not imagine having the experience of picking my wedding dress anywhere else, I will highly recommend The White Magnolia to everyone I know that needs a wedding dress.
