The White Rose, Naples FL

Beautiful place awful staff service. We came all the way from North Carolina to my cousins wedding and the experience was so horrible. The place was rented till 12 mid night and she was threatening to pull the power cord for the band at 10pm, they started picking up chairs and throwing away guest beverages without even asking if they were drinking. The employee wanted guest out way before the due time. A lot of our money went to waste because we had to stop the music way ahead of time. Please read your contract before planning to rent this place.

A very beautiful and elegant venue with lots of potential. Staff was very nice. Easy to communicate with during the whole process from booking until the day of the wedding. The something borrowed room is great if you’re trying to save money on wedding decor you’ll likely never use again, they have a wide variety of items you can utilize on your day! Unfortunately there were a few hiccups the day of my event. When my wedding party and I arrived to the venue and started setting up we all noticed that the floors were extremely dirty. When tables were started to be set up there were lots of dirty plates and silverware. Lip stick stains on the glassware. The loft had decorations and other things that were very noticeable from the ground floor. The staff was asked if could be moved. Instead of it being moved out of sight or taken to the “something borrowed” room, it was covered with a cloth which was still very noticeable and tacky looking. Bedsides those few things, it was a beautiful day and all of our guests talked about how pretty the venue was throughout the night.

Beautiful location for any event you might be hosting. Friendly staff, easy to work with, it was a pleasant experience. They also include a huge room of décor for free. As if the place was incredible enough!

Had an emergency within the family and had to cancel the date reserved for wedding. Month notice and had zero refund or future credit towards the building. Absolutely devastating. It was hard enough having to cancel but to not even providing a credit to be used at a future date for how much money we put down.no sympathy, money hungry owner.

Just attended a family member's wedding here. This is a wonderful hall for a reception! The ceremony was just outside and then we moved inside for the festivities. The decor was bright. From the outside, it looked like a club with the party lights changing colors and sh8ng through the windows. Parking was adequate. There were probably 250 people at the wedding. The location was good too. It's rather remote.

Our wedding at the White Rose was amazing! Beautiful facility with lots of beautiful items to decorate with. I can't say enough about how above and beyond the owners and staff went to make our day perfect. The vendors who assisted us said they love when couples ask them to The White Rose because it's setup to accommodate their needs also. It's not just weddings, I've been invited to awesome parties at The White Rose, each with unique themes. I highly recommend this venue you won't be disappointed.

We were so fortunate to find this unique venue in Naples, not only beautiful and isolated but extremely convenient. Their communication was superb, from booking to wedding day. The staff the day of the wedding was on top of everything, from keeping our timeline to insisting "sit and eat". People kept asking "how did you guys find this venue? ". We highly recommend this affordable gorgeous venue.

My daughter got married this Sunday at The White Rose. We had 200+ people and the wedding went off perfectly! We catered it ourself and stocked the bar which was a huge $$ saver with that many people. The staff was around to make sure everything went smooth and it was very easy the way they had everything set up! With the tropical storm approaching they went above and beyond to make sure the venue was ready for the weather, which turned out to be a beautiful day with clear skies. I highly recommend the venue. It's beautiful and the something borrowed room comes in really handy.

It is a beautiful venue.
Unfortunately, the power went out during our cocktail hour, and they did not have any way to fix it. They don’t have a generator or anything. There was no a/c, no lights, no way to play music, no running water, no flushing toilets, etc. They said “this has never happened before, ” “the contract says we are not responsible for acts of god, ” and “it sucks it happened to you. ” Not what I wanted to hear on my wedding day.
Please make sure they have come up with a plan in case this happens before you book.
Also, the “no touch” service is not worth the money.

This venue is absolutely stunning inside and out they truly did this venue tastefully! The staff and owners were really great to work with. The make it very easy and smooth to plan your big day there. Once booked with the white rose you have the option to attend a “open house” once a month, allowing you to be very thorough with planning. This option helped answer so many uncertainties that I had, I was able to go to the open houses and set up my decor and really visualize what our day would look like. The “something borrowed” option saves you so much time and cuts out having to go find all of your decor in stores! They answer any and all questions, they offer decor that you’re allowed to use day of. The staff working the night of our wedding went above and beyond, and made our day go so smoothly!
Don’t hesitate to book this venue for any and all events!

We loved having our wedding at The White Rose. All of the staff members were helpful in making our vision come to life on our big day. They were professional & extremely helpful when it came to set up. They offer a variety of included items with their “something borrowed room” that makes them different from other venues, let alone the beauty of the venue it speaks for itself. Indoor/outdoor areas are both perfect. I would definitely recommend them to other couples & anyone looking to rent a venue space.
