The Window Depot just replaced & installed our 9 New PGT Impact Windows. What an easy & WONDERFUL experience! BOZE & his install crew were awesome.very professional, punctual, informative, & courteous. When Boze arrived he explained what their plan was, how long it would take and got to work. If you need your windows replaced, just call The Window Depot! You won't regret it!

We replaced several windows and our back door with the help of the Window Depot and the project could not have gone any smoother from start to finish. Mark helped us with the selection and was extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with, and answered any questions with had before and during the project. The installers, Jordan and Jorge, did an amazing, fast, very clean, and high quality installation. We could not be happier with the experience and thank the entire team at Window Depot for their great work. We highly recommend using their service!

The doors were done July 2022. There was a defective window and screen. After 3-4 attempts to fix the problems and over 14 months to resolve the problems the job was finished. Five months to replace a roller for a screen!

I had such a wonderful experience and highly recommend Windows Depot. From the first meeting to get a quote to scheduling to put in the windows and sliding doors, then having them installed. Eric and crew were friendly, professional, & helpful. They placed the blinds back in all the windows. They were on time, cleaned up after installing, & sent pictures after install. I recommend and would call them again.

The whole team did a great job installing my new energy saving windows. They were meticulous in every way, from sales to installation and into clean-up. They answered all of my calls and questions in the office pertaining to permits and inspections. They seemed expensive to me, but I am confident I received all I paid for and more.

I found Window Depot through a Google search and saw they were family-owned and had a pretty high rating (4.2 - 4.9 stars, depending on which location). Called for free estimate and they were definitely "selling me" on their products/services. I decided to give Window Depot a try.

Started the process of replacing three windows in December 2019. Finally finished with Window Depot on March 27,2020 (last 10% installment payment). I was told 10 weeks for start to finish, and it went way past that. Now I understand there's a lot going on right now BUT windows were installed before the pandemic started in US. The quality of work was good.a little pricier than most places - but I trust the work done. The windows are EXCELLENT QUALITY. No cheap plastic to be found.

I spoke with the city inspector who came to check the permitted work done and he said Window Depot was supposed to give me a, "2 hour time window" of when the inspector arrives. Window Depot had me sign a form that said, "anywhere from 8am - 3: 30pm. " I took the day off for that inspection, only to find out the city was coming "10am - noon. " Not a huge deal, but thought I'd mention it.

ALSO- Window Depot was supposed to come back and do a final look and pop the strips back in after the inspector came.never did. I ended up doing it myself (good thing I'm strong, I guess?)

Also, for the second (40% installment payment), I had to correct the staff member on how much I owed.otherwise, I would have paid more than needed. Good thing I'm thorough and make copies!

On the positive note, Window Depot is very proactive and will follow up quickly.even drive to your place of employment to get that first 50% chunk of change (installment). But once Window Depot gets the down payment.waited weeks for a response and then more weeks after that to finally get the installment. These things typically take some time though.

We ended up getting five quotes for new sliders and windows. The Window Depot chap was the ONLY one who correctly noted that we had a mixture of brick and wood walls that would need two different types of window install. The installers were excellent and, as pointed out in another review, worked for the company directly and not subcontracted. On top of that we were worried about having to remove and replace the stucco as we have decorated edging but that turned out as good as new. A painless project and we are delighted with the result. Would heartily recommend the Window Depot.

Tarek is a very reliable salesman and it is great doing business with him. I am extremely pleased with my category 5 windows and doors. They keep out the sun, noise and dirt. Plus I feel very safe when hurricane season approaches.

The project proceeded on time and exactly as promised. All aspects of the job were outstanding.

Salesman gave me best price I contacted 3 other companies as well. Window depot were 2k less for exact same product and I matched quotes. I did 90 day same as cash because I thought to good to be true something was going to go wrong and atleast they wouldn’t have my money before job was done as I had issues before from another company. They got all 8 hurricane windows and sliding glass door before promised, installers worked for company a long time (this says a lot) they were NOT contractors or 1099, they were professional and good. Communication was alway on point with back office personnel. No mess very minimum stucco work means less painting I had to do. They did chalking real nice not messy. I’m very pleased with them. I picked them because window depot responds to their review. Super happy with them. Many sell the same windows but it’s all about the service and quality of installation I’m happy I picked them

Communication throughout this project was outstanding. I love the windows & doors. They look great! Installers, technicians, sales & office were pleasant & professional. The price was quite good, as well. Everything was on time & as promised!

Had a sliding door replaced and they did a great job. Had a few minor issues but were taken care of in a professional and timely maner.

What can I say. The company hires independent contractors to do the installations yet does not honor their work damages. I had 7 new hurricane windows, new back door and front Storm door installation preform by them. When the crew removed the old back storm door (which is still a high quality door) in order to install the new back door, they scratched up the protective sun screen tenting badly on the Strom door. I notified this company by phone, by letter, and had the post installation person take pictures of the damages. He gave them to the company. The Winow Depot representative said that they don't re tint windows and they would not replace the glass or the storm door even though they acknowledged the damage. She said they would compensate me with a $100 check. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE IT! AND I THINK THEY SHOULD HONOR THEIR ORIGINAL CONTRACT AGREEMENT TO FIX ANYTHING THEY DO. OBVISOUSLY THEY DIDN' and WON'T
