I have finally given up on this restaurant. The scenery can no longer make up for the horrible food that comes out of the kitchen. We had a party of 7 and every single time we have been there they put us at the Florida table. The problem is EVERY time we get the rookie waitress. At least this time we had Cassidy and being on her 1st day after the training period she did an excellent job. The problem was not her it was that the food was beyond horrible. I ordered 20 buffalo wings - totally dried out with little dry rub, ordered a Caesars salad which was delivered with lettuce in a bowl with 6 croutons.no parmesan cheese and no dressing - yes that is right totally dry. I asked for dressing and was brought well not sure what is was but it was not Caesars dressing. Friend ordered a salad with chicken on top.arrived with no chicken. Friend ordered a chicken wrap which the chicken was so dry it was not edible. If you are desperate and want to look at the servers they order drinks but do not order the food. Back in the day this was a great place to eat but the current management has no clue.

Meaty-est Wings I've ever had! Good sauce choices but if dry rubs are your favorite this isn't the place. Like I said.wings were delicious! But I do like a nice spicy dry rub too! Mango Harbeneros, Jamaican Jerk.wait staff very pleasant and easy on the eyes. We stopped in a 2nd time over a 5 nite stay, wings are good!

As a cook who worked there and no longer, due to poor management and the lack of ability to care about the quality and timely manner to serve food, and other issues that will not be mentioned, I advise looking around for somewhere else.

Happy hour prices are really reasonable. Wings were delicious.

So.from what I have heard it used to be a happening place and great service.upon our first visit after moving to the area (12/27/10 @7pm) we arrived shortly after 4pm to watch nfl games and stayed for a few hours. We saw our server Sarah a matter of 4 times during our visit. She was a very sweet girl but had a party of 25 on patio that she was entirely too devoted to for other tables to service in the restaurant. I had to ask for service twice during visit. The table behind in the same section waited for an absurd amount of time for service and ended up having another server take over and service them. The "manager". "checked" on us by BREEZING by while stating "everything okay" not slowing down for a second to actually check and get responses from tables. Again, our server Sarah was a nice person however not greatly attentive server there to serve her customers and earn a respective gratuity.

They have managers walking around and talking to guest without masks on but have signs wanting customers to wear mask when not seated not cool.

Went there for lunch today. Manager and staff were friendly. Constanse waited on me and took great care of me. Looking forward to the next time.

I was picking up food and I went to where they alway have the food for mobile order and the lady that came up to me was so rude she had a bad attitude I wish I could of talked to manager.don’t come here or going to get treated the same way.

Was in yesterday with 4 friends for the Bucs game. Beer pitchers, bottles and my liquor glass stayed empty. I literally had to speak to the server about coming back more often. I can be very patient but her service was ridiculous! My food was below mediocre (Buffalo chicken wrap) however, one of my friends did love his buff chicken sandwich. My bill came and I was surprised to see that my less than 2oz pour double {I’m a bartender) was $12.25 each! I’m all about spending money for a good time but this was Terrible! Won’t happen again at this spot.ps. All of Us did tip 20% because We are good people. I just hate walking away disappointed at the money spent.

The experience was poor, the server walked away from table, put orders in correct, up charged, and then waited by the table to get cc. Will not recommend.

The nachos are gross, fake cheese that tasted like puke. Wings are soggy. Croutons on salad were stale. Not good food at all. It seems they know they will get business either way, they should really work on tastier food.

Great wings and beer. Staff very accommodating. Cup never empty once before getting refilled. Great game on tv also

Had 2 fantasy football drafts here today great service. My 2nd year coming back would recommend for a draft party for sure!

Great sports bar. There are TVs everywhere. Good selection of beers and drinks. Food is pretty good too. I had the grouper sandwich. The bartenders Teslyn and Skye were very nice, sociable, and very attentive.

Nothing wrong with young women with great bodies serving food in scantily clad shorts but that’s about the only good thing and the wings!
However, the bartender service is inconsistent and often times awful.
Several times I’ve ordered to go food at the bar and waited 20 plus minutes looking at my cooked meal sitting on the pickup counter. Last time bartender Laura forgot to include dressing with my salad order.

We were treated and seated right away. Please was not busy. We had great service but didn't like the fact that while we were still eating our appetizers our entrees came and I blame myself for not telling them not to put in our order right away. Atmosphere was very nice and food was very good

This restaurant is great! Kimberly was a phenomenal server. She took care of me while training a new girl all in a very timely and stylish manner. The girl training was doing really good as well and the wings.amazing.i love this place and cant wait to come back!

Was at this Winghouse earlier, the service was amazing. We were seated very fast and our food was brought out in no time. The wings were fantastic! Really enjoyed eating here!

Best service ever! First time in here and I have to say the servers here were very kind and speedy service. Never had to ask for a refill, and was even given a drink to go without having to ask! It's always the little things that create the ultimate customer experience and the staff here definitely have it down to a T. The way they anticipate customers needs is amazing, definitely will be back with my friends to enjoy the amazing atmosphere and awesome service.

We only get to stop here when we have doctors appointment done the street. Been here 3 separate occasions. Each time the service was excellent. The food was consistanly tasty. The tempature was just right. The restaurant was clean. I am very pleased with this location and look forward to being able to come here again in near future
