The Winston Apartments, Pembroke Pines FL

This has been a great and blessed experience for me and my son, thanks to kayla. She has been phenomenal with my transition to relocating from New York to Florida. This has been a stressful experience but it was all worth it at the end. I'm in a beautiful apartment home at the Winston's that me and my son absolutely loves. Thank you kayla for ensuring a smooth transition.

It’s a wonderful place with a vert nice view, it has all kind of stores near (you can go walking)! And Viktor is very helpful, friendly and he help me with all my inquires and doubt! He’s wonderful!

The maintenance service is great! The staff and manager in the leasing office are willing and ready to listen to your needs and help you to solve any issues. The apartment complex is clean and pretty. II am comfortable living here.

My kids and I prayed for a new beginning. Victor helped us to make that happen. I love his humble and fun spirit. Him seeing my kids melted his heart. He told us. I see your name all over that apartment. Yes he was right because its ours. Thank you Victor for your encouragement and helping me to make this happen for us. I just want to say how great full and blessed me and my family are to have found the Winstons. Relocating from New York to Florida we were worried about finding somewhere to call our home and I can honestly say we are satisfied with our new home. Thanks Kim your a doll?

Love this place as I’m still getting settled, the amenities are great & the apartment was splendid when we got there, special thanks to Viktor the leasing manager for being a magnificent help to us. Very knowledgeable, kind & patient, excellent customer service and attention.

The leasing associates are super nice and patient. Go with Kayla she is definitely a great help and a hard worker.

I must say that the apartments Winston are very nice the beautiful pool, but above all things that we liked about then is the kindness and good attention of Mr. Victor, I wish more people like the super friendly and cordial really than nice find people as nice as him, and the other lady's always nice deal.thanks you

After a couple weeks of desperation and stress trying to find my new apartment, I found The Winston apartments and immediately fell in love with it and also with the customer service provided by Kim! She was just beyond amazing! She showed herself genuinely interested in helping me and she sure did! I’m so happy with how I was treated by specially her but all the team and I’m also very happy with my new apartment.highly recommended!

First, I would like to start by saying, these reviews don’t lie about Victor Mannuelle Leasing Management at the Winston! When I say GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, IT DEFINITELY IS! I have been on the waiting list for a garage for several weeks now and I finally had the time to walk into the leasing office instead of calling and the first person I saw was Victor. I’m going into 4 yrs of living at the property and never had the pleasure of speaking to Victor. He greeted me and asked me what I needed help with. When I expressed to him how much I REALLY needed a garage, he actually took the time to search for one instead of just brushing me off and telling me “we don’t know when one will be ready”, what I had been hearing for weeks already. So, he began to look thru a list and then he tells me to wait, that “he’ll be right back”, so I waited and when he came back he told me, he actually found one at the same building I live in. I was truly shocked, bc for weeks every time I called, like a previously mentioned, someone would just tell me there weren’t any!

Victor, actually walked from the leasing office, all the way to my building, which isn’t that near the leasing office and comes back and tells me he actually found one for me! I was so happy to hear those words and truly appreciated everything he did for me, bc now-a-days is soooo hard to find good customer service, but to encounter GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, it’s very hard to come by!

Thanks again Victor for your GREAT customer service! And I hope to deal with you again!

At first there were some hiccups with moving in, but the way the property management team (Kim and Victor) went above and beyond to take care of me and make sure I was able to move in at my move-in date they really took care of me. Im thankful and appreciate them soooo much.

Also besides the Beautiful community the apartment is amazing inside and out.

Edwin is the best! He completed the tickets that we had submitted very efficiently and promptly. His friendliness and professionalism is beyond expectation! He was also compliant with the safety guidelines regarding the COVID-19 pandemic that we are facing, which made us feel safe. THANK YOU EDWIN FOR YOUR GREAT SERVICE AND A JOB (S) WELL DONE.

Victor was amazing! I have been dealing with faulty appliance since a year now. I decided to try once more to get the problem properly fixed. I felt like I was luck to have had Victor to answer the call. As soon as i explained the issue.what took a year to fix Victor was able to resolve in 20 mins! What customer service. Thank you so much Victor.i am now a happy happy tenant:)

Love the community and the location is great! I do wish there was better landscaping around my building (I'm by the fountain) and I wish there was a nicer and safer playground. But overall I love going for walks around the complex and seeing the ducks with my daughter.

If i can give The Winston 10 stars just based on having having Viktor Manuel as The Leasing Manager than I would. From the time I walked in and sat in his chair he has been but welcoming and gracious. I had a massive situation when it came time for move in day between me and the other Assistant Manager Jade (who is by the way the rudest person I have ever met) however after all said and done, Viktor made me feel as if everything will be ok. So thankful for him
