The Wymore, Altamonte Springs FL

Website says to call for pricing on studios. They don't answer any calls and it's not like you can request a call back because they don't even have a functioning voicemail box.

I’ve been living here for about 2months, unfortunately my apartment is infested with termites and little to none has been done after notifying the office for the past 3weeks. Not only that, but the AC does not work how it should be and it’s been over a month trying to get them to fix it. Brocken promises is what you’ll get and if you’re not on top of them, they won’t even bother in fixing the problem.

Lived here recently for about two months and unfortunately my unit was infested with termites and roaches. Had issues with maintenance not showing up or the office staff not upholding their promises. The office staff was kind and tried to help when they could but there were honestly so many issues with this property that, at the time, I truly don’t think they could keep their heads above water. Thankfully I got out of the lease early and they rectified the situation. Even with that said though, I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere before signing a lease here.

Saturday 15 Was suppose to come sign lease, she put on the door she would be back at 12 but never returned at all for the rest of the day waited till 4. And informed them prior that I would be there on that day. So many ppl was coming up there, to be turned around. But I’m glad it was a sign not to rent, because some the tenants was telling me what really goes on out there.

Please know that the majority of the 5 star ratings written the renters were given money off their rent to do it. I'm just saying. Wymore 360's inconsistent management affects their service quality. The property changes hands frequently, leading to overpromising and underdelivering. The only effective team was respop, but they're no longer here. It's a budget-friendly place, but don't expect consistency. Document everything with names, dates, and signatures. The maintenance staff tries their best, but they're understaffed. You'll be charged for services you don't receive, and if your AC breaks, you're on your own. The neighborhood is mostly quiet and safe, but watch out for teenagers attempting car theft. Beware!

I been here only 2 months I didn’t pay may rent and now they evicted me I paid what I owe through the courthouse and now they attorney and them said I didn’t comply in the 5 day period which I did I reached out to the property manager and no response I just buried my brother by myself out of pocket I didn’t get a time to grieve and now they saying I still owe may rent when I paid it at the courthouse I don’t have nowhere to go I just gave them everything I had and they still trying to evict me and artistic son this have been a nightmare on top of nightmare for me

I wanted to say a huge thank you to Alejandro who resolved my daughter's issues the first day of the job! He didn't have to stop and take time to, but he did. He was the hero for the day!

They literally took my money for an application fee & didn’t hear back from them. Idk good thing they didn’t because if their already starting off with lack of communication I’m glad they didn’t contact me & I will be contact my bank to let them know I was scammed by this place.

I will be moving next week and I have had a great experience with the team here at Wymore. The renovated units are very beautiful and Zully made sure to make this moving process very smoothly. Everyone is very nice and friendly from the leasing to maintenance. The apartments are in a great location with access to highway, mall, restaurants and a lot of stuff within a few minutes.
I do recommend The Wymore to everyone looking for a centric and affordable place to live plus you will get a Team that genuinely cares about your needs and are happy to help!

The Wymore is a great complex that I highly recommend. I truly like its location, in a nice neighborhood, easily accessible to I-4, many shops and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, great customer service. I can’t say enough about the newly renovated apartments. I especially love the look of the upgraded kitchen with the stainless steel appliances. Thank you to Anthony, the Property Manager, and his team for doing a fantastic job of maintaining a great living environment for the complex.

The young lady at the office was amazing and was very quick with the process loved the service here! ! !

I went to get some information in regards to a two bedroom. I walked in the office and was not even acknowledged by the leasing consultant. I waited to see if she would even say hi, she didn’t. I waited another 2 minutes. That’s when I proceeded to ask her for floor plans, and ask questions about the community. She seem very bothered by me asking her questions. Which essentially is what her job is to answer questions for a future resident. The prices are ridiculous high, and they’re trying to charge 15 dollars a month for the gym and pool, which the pool looks green and unsanitary.

I am moving here hopefully in two months and I just had a great phone customer service experience with Kim. Kim was amazing, she laid out everything we will need to do and qualify for, as well as pet policy and is trying to help me ahead of time in making sure we qualify and would be accepted. Kim, you’re amazing, thank you so much, I am very excited to move into your community.

I Absolutely Love Ms. Kim, She makes you feel right at home as soon as you walk in. (If she doesn’t The Wymore is Not the apartment for You.) She Provides extra special customer service and gives you the Best most Accurate information that you need. If not Ms. Kim, Lisa she’s wonderful too. Thank you for making the choice to Move to the Wymore 360 so smooth and easy. It was such a pleaser and I couldn’t be More excited,

As a resident of the. Wymore for the last ten years I can give credence to this current property management team is truly investing time & energy to make the Wymore the desired place to live. It’ll be place that you’ll feel safe & secure (especially a family with children). To the new team keep doing what you’re doing.

My first experience when arriving to the apartment complex was with the property manager who was very friendly and welcoming. I have absolutely nothing but positive words to share and I really and happy with my decision to move to the Wymore 360, apartment is beautiful and renovated. The complex is very clean and peaceful.

The new maintenance team is the best I’ve ever experienced since I’ve lived here going on 2 years. They work very hard and do a great job with keeping the residents updated as work orders are completed, and if they can’t be completed right away they will let you know why. Great job
