The studio instructors are always so helpful and kind. I like the people that attend and the general feeling in the room is always so positive. Yoga has truly improved my life.

It was a great experience to get the little one out of the house, meet other local moms, get some refreshing exercise, and bond with my baby. Danielle is a great teacher who made the whole experience very comfortable and enjoyable!

I had a chance to drop in while I was visiting from out of town, I loved that they had rental mats available ($2) so I didn’t have to worry about bringing any of my own equipment. They were very responsive via text message to answer my questions. I took the noon
45-min Vinyasa yoga which was perfectly timed, energizing and restoring. The class was a mix of regulars and a few other drop ins and everyone was super friendly and welcoming.

I wanted to attend a class but it is summer so I have my 7 yo son home with me. I called Yogi Perogi to see if it would be okay if he came too. Koah was the teacher and said if I thought he was able to take the 45 minute class then he was more than welcome to come. It was his first class, but it wont be his last! Koah was absolutely amazing, so patient and kind with him. Such a great first experience for him! Cant wait to go back.

After doing lots of research I was excited to try this place fantastic reviews and good prices. So I stopped by bc website says open till 8pm it was 1: 40pm on a Monday as I got out of my car to walk in a lady was leaving says nothing to be so I was thinking a student/client maybe so I go to the door which was locked! The lady could have said something to me rather than walk off if she was last out seems she had to have locked the door common curiosity would have been nice!

This place was very much out of my way but if it was half as great as the reviews it would have been worth it. I don't understand why a business who says open doesn't answer the phone and door is locked.

Awesome classes, teachers, and student. Lovely environment as well. I always leave feeling positively energized and renewed.

Koah was very knowledgeable and aware of our needs during the class. I felt very comfortable as a first timer. I'll be back!

The yoga class was very relaxing, but still a great workout. The mood was light and fun, and I didn't feel like I had to have all the moves perfected.

We did prenatal partner yoga. It was a great date night to connect and have fun. Koa made the session fun and light-hearted. I wish I knew about this studio with my first pregnancy

Great place! The Instructor was so nice and so helpful! I was pretty bad after not going for 7 years and she helped me and encouraged me so much! Very relaxing atmosphere and absolutely no judgement at all! I am going again very soon!

Registered for intro to aerial class on Friday with Danielle, and immediately scheduled for the Sunday aerial restorative class with Kate! Both instructors were kind, informative, and made me feel welcome. I woyld recommend this studio to anyone looking to start or continue your yoga journey.

Class was great. The teacher was very fluid and allowed everyone to progress at their ability. She was super uplifting and humble as she was very skilled in the yogic poses.

Intra run club is a great bunch of people who want to get some exercise and enjoy a pint of good local brew afterwards. Fun and friendly atmosphere with great people! Every hump day has an awesome ending as such! Great group of people having fun and doing good things for their bodies!
