I wish I could give more stars. The care my Dad got from Home Care was excellent. The individuals that they hire are all warm, caring people. My Dad resisted having an aide, but because of the way that they treated him, he warmed up to their compassion care, and easy demeanors. That is hard to find. Kelly, Su, and Ron will always be aces with our family because they allowed my Dad to live a more independent life with a lot of dignity. Previously, we went with another company for a short while, which is where my Dad formed his initial opinion of having an aide. Those people were just dialing it in. It was a horrible experience for everyone. We are so glad that we found Home Care. 10 stars for our family.

Homecare assistance is a great agency to work for, the ladies work really hard to give them employees work and hours, Always available to talk if you having issues or concerns you can count on them to be there for you.

Home Care Assistance of Palm Beach has been excellent in their care for my mother. The caregivers have all been caring, compassionate and hard working. Her specific caregiver arrives and gets to work, bathing her, dressig her, taking her to her doctors appointments, etc. I highly recommend Home Care Assistance of Palm Beach. They are the best!

For the most part the care givers have done their job. When caregivers have left, the agency was able to replace them or find temporary fill ins. Most, however, do their job well

Since October 2020, Home Care Assistance - Palm Beach Gardens, has provided 24/7 home care for my parents, ages 88 and 86, and rate their level of service as superior. As they are not a referral agency, all of their aides are staff employees, NOT contractors, which I deemed was a baseline requirement when considering which firm I was going to retain to help care for my parents.

After meeting with the assigned Client Care Manager, Jamie Gelfand, I came away assured my parents would be taken care of. And as my parents homecare needs changed, Jamie has been great in developing creative solutions which meet their needs, at a fair and reasonable cost.
Not once did I feel taken for granted or without options; which, in my opinion, displays a degree of professional integrity that is severely lacking in many service industries today.

As well, they are reliable, price competitive, communicate effectively and transparent in their business practices. Their homecare aides are compassionate, professional, honest, make good decisions/work independently, and I never doubt they have my parents' best interest at heart.

With Home Care Assistance - Palm Beach Gardens taking care of my parents, I know they are safe, well-cared for and could not ask for more.
