Dr Fynn is a great doctor. She is very professional, thorough and knowledgeable in her field. She takes the time to answer questions and give good advice. I really appreciate her empathetic and kind nature. We need more doctors like this in all specialties.

She check me and ask me what needed to be addressed and I felt welcomed and respected as a patient. I could write so many good things about her. They give you very good service I will recommend this to everybody who has Type 2 diabetes

She has a great bedside manner and I worked for a Endocrinologist for lots of years and she is very knowledgeable and explains procedures before performing them and very carring.

Dr Fynn is awesome, very attentive, she took the time to explain to me everything regarding my treatment and lab results, what was the next step to do. I just want to see her.

Look for a better professional who is more committed to your health. I was treating hypothyroidism with Dr Fynn mostly by telephone consultation. However, at my first in-person appointment, in Kissimee, I waited for over an hour and was told that the doctor was too busy to see me.

I returned home without the appointment. Then I had another telephone consultation that didn't last 5 minutes.

The last time, I had to call for the labwork request twice because it was not sent to me. But the worst experience was that I was scheduled months ago to be seen in person in Kissimmee by Dr. Fynn. However, I received a call from the staff wanting to confirm my appointment by phone, AND the appointment was not with Dr. Fynn. They asked me for confirmation for a telephone consultation with a Dr. Medina. A professional I don't even know who he is and I don't even know why they booked him if I was booked with Dr. Fynn.

The attendant didn't know what to say to me, nor how to solve the situation.

Anyone who has a hormonal problem knows how it should be periodically checked with medical commitment and responsibility. However, this is not the case. Very sloppy office and professionals. Stay away!

To begin with it was my first time having to go to an Endocrinologist. I wanted to make an appt asap. I heard it's hard cause they're so busy.my anxiety was high.after explaining to receptionist.she took time to listen, ask questions.bottom line. Dr Fynn called me next day which calmed me. Wow I love her knowledge of her work. Happy I was referred to her.

Theresa Finn is one of the best doctors that I have extremely caring great bedside Manner and very Caring don't know what's going on with the front desk staff. But the quality of service has definitely fallen quite substantially no call backs they don't pick up the phone no effective communication is as if the left hand doesn't know whether right hand is?
Not sure if this is going to be a place for me to continue my treatment.

If you are looking for an Endocrinologist, I will recommend you Dr. Fynn. She is an excellent physician who will explain in detail your questions and will provide you with an excellent care. The same with her staff at Premier Endocrinology.

Both staff and Dr Fynn are very accommodating. I've been a patient of Dr Fynn for many years and each visit convinces me why I chose to have her as my diabetic doctor.

Dr. NTim is an excellent doctor. He is very patient and caring. The billing department informed me I had a bill that was a few years old on the day of the appointment to my surprise and confusion. I was not notified nor did I receive a bill. They do not let you see him without payment which doesn’t make sense since I’ve been seeing him for years and they received payment every time. I asked for the Business Manager to contact me but either the message was not relayed or they don’t bother. The front desk does not always answer or return calls even when you need a prescription filled. It is a shame because Dr. NTim is awesome. I do recommend Dr. NTim if you can get past his office staff.

I appreciate a physician that demonstrates that she truly cares, is honest and informs you if your health and provides guidance in wellness.
