GO TO THIS PLACE! My husband has been having elevated triglycerides and high uric acid levels for years now (Gout symptoms) and he tried so many diets and change of lifestyle and nothing was working. He was eating healthy cutting many things from his diet and he was still not experiencing any benefit or improvement in his lipid panel.
