Terrible wait “20-30mins” (hour and a half) and what we paid for the food was bad quality. For coming to this resturaunt as a kid and it developing into somthing like this is disappointing.

Nice place, food was good, server (Khadeja) was awesome. Definitely returning next trip to PSL.

We order fried mushrooms from them all the time, pretty much every Sunday. They use plastic containers and by the time we get home 8 mins later they are a soggy mess bc the steam on the plastic drips onto the mushrooms making them a mess. Their solution to this was to open the containers in the car so they don’t steam to death which is nuts. I asked my mom to pick these up and this is the third time in 6 orders they have been ruined. We have have complained before, but the only answer was to open the container while driving home so they aren’t soggy, but now cold so we stopped wasting our time. We love their express take out, but this is ruining their food.

Apparently this little shack is it's own little fiefdom for screwing up people's evening. 4 employees sit about gossiping so loud that if a customer happens to call, they have to roll the dice on what might have been ordered - flirting with the one girl on duty is far more important than work. As you enter they all scatter like mice and start pretending to work but the reality is they have completed their work - when you only make half the meals ordered you're always ahead of schedule. Should a customer raise an eyebrow at said behavior, they'll double bill you, mangle your food, and refuse to refund an unearned tip. This must be a magical place to work but I assure you it's a terrible place to spend money!

Great food and staff, very friendly family oriented and delicious! They also have a separate take out area for to go orders.

Ok so i just had the fried oysters and Cole slaw. The oysters had more batter than oyster and they had no seasoning at all! The Cole slaw was very bland. Tasted like mayonnaise! That’s a one and done for me! Back to Hooks and Snappers for me!

I can only recommend the wings as it's the only thing I've ever gotten here literally since high school. They're absolutely the best.

Don’t know what happened to this place, it used to be great. Wings burnt and VERY SMALL soaked in sauce it was almost like bone soup there was nothing on the wings. 45 minutes for ten wings. Clam strips hard as a rock, broccoli was cold. Very disappointed, do not think we will be going back here.

Very poor lighting at night food from Express was terrible, was surprised, fell and hurt myself in the dark parking lot, reached out to them by email, and no one responded

Don't bother ordering delivery through their website. They just use Door Dash to deliver it. Then when there is an issue with your order (missing items) you have no idea who is supposed to fix it. Neither one accepts responsibility of course.

How many stars do you give a restaurant who's horrible honesty policy and service sends your daughter to the ER at 9pm on a Tuesday night? 0 stars. We didn't make it home til 1am.
My daughter, 3, is allergic to dairy, milk and nuts. We rarely eat out, but we always are cautious and trust the chefs/restaurants when they tell us when something is safe for our daughter to eat. I called ahead and spoke to a young lady, she placed me on hold and came back to tell me that the children's chicken fingers and fries do NOT contain any of the allergens I mentioned. She made me repeat the allergens 2x. I thanked her profusely, for taking the time to find out, instead of just giving us any answer.
My daughter was so excited to eat with us. She sat, and started to eat but told me that the chicken fingers tasted weird and different. She's 3. But I always trust her. I allowed her to stop eating. She might have ingested just 1/4 of a tender and spit it out. 30mins later, she explains she wants to go potty and then she complained of stomachache. For 20mins I tried to console her but this was her first time having a stomachache. 1hr after eating the chicken finger, my daughter is coughing uncontrollably and when I hugged her, she sounded like she was wheezing. I immediately made the decision to take her to the ER, while driving to the ER I administered epi pen since she seemed to be struggling to breathe.
Thankfully, she's ok and I'm keeping an eye for any after rebound allergies.
All in all, if you're reading this young lady, please be cognizant that your lies or madeup information can lead to someone's death. So thankful that God watched over us in this situation. So, yea if you have allergies this is a definite no

I did express and this is a bad experience for me. Disgusting. I got the shrimp scampi and it was VERY salty. It also looks like the noodles are just sitting in the pasta water. Do not recommend the shrimp scampi.
