Thomas Roofing & Repair, Orlando FL

To be honest, I don’t know what kind of a rating to give.our damage was in April and we weren’t serviced until August. We spoke spoke to a gentleman in charge. He was very kind told him what we needed but when the guys did the work there was some thing they forgot they forgot to remove that, lightning rods we had in that we had asked to be taken out didn’t happen. We are need more service done but waiting on that also.

Had new roof replaced to battle rising insurance rates, went from flat roof to sloped roof. They gave a good price and very satisfied with their work.

They installed a new roof on my house and we are very satisfied with the job performed and quality. The only thing that needs improvement is the communication. Emails and text messages not answered. Messages left without response. There is a lack of communication and that is vital for excellence. For lack of communication I will give 2 stars but since the quality of the roof is amazing and professional, I give 4 stars. Thanks

Well i am very satisfied with my complete roof job! We did experience a few minor issues, but they were handle with more than appropriate time! Yes i would recommend my salesman Hunter, he will take care of you.

Thomas Roofing helped me through the whole process of getting my new roof. Helping negotiate with my insurance company to the finished product.

I cancelled my contract with this company and they do not even want to acknowledge it. They are attempting to commit thievery and hassle me into a payment. I would not use this company as they only want to overcharge and promise material they won't follow through with. They tell you one thing in person to change it the very next day behind your back. Lies lies and lies. This company will do anything and say anything to sound good and not look like krooks. They literally refused to remove me from my contract when I asked upon it. This company charges outrageous prices. DO NOT USE, lots of other reputable companies that will do job sooner also!

Manny del Valle and project manager Jose really went above and beyond for me. They scheduled the roof replacement job on a Saturday to not disturb my tenants and somehow managed to find short nails for the exposed porch ceiling. They both came by several times after the job was done to make sure everything was tidy and even did a minor touch up to my chimney paint. I took quite a few quotes and this was the best but they did not skimp on anything. I would and have recommend them again!

All techs and the salesman, and (Big H) I came in contact with were friendly, professional, and knowledgable. They replaced the roof in only 2 days. Thanks, guys

I would like to give a rave review to Thomas Roofing and especially Mike Argueta for a job well done. I had to get a new roof on my duplex because Hurricane Ian ripped a ton of shingles off and tore off my skylight. The job was done quickly and efficiently and I would happily refer this company to anyone that needs any roofing work done!

Thomas roofing is outstanding they replaced my whole roof in 2 days and the clean up was just nothing shy of amazing. All of my neighbors was impressed as well as me. I would recommend them to anyone.

Hired them to replace my elderly mother's roof that was damaged due to hurricane Ian. They took care of all of paperwork except for the HOA approval. Once everything was in order and they stated work, I thought it would take four days to complete, it only took two. The workers but in long hard days to get it done. In the end, they did great work! Very pleased with how it came out.

Thomas roofing communicated each step of the process, showed up on time and finished in a day. Overall positive experience.
