Today I received a terrible service from the cashier and the manager They should not be serving the public I have them recorded on video, maybe I will take legal action so that another client does not leave unsatisfied from that great investment

No receipt at the pump. If I wanted to go inside to get one, I would have selected no when asked if I wanted one at the pump.

The mens bathroom in this place is disgusting. The stench of decaying urine chokes you out upon entering. I dont think they cleaned the bathroom in a year.

You really have to care about your store intently or you compromise your customer service on where you need to be!

It is a gasoline station with good quality of services in addition to offering good prices. The staff provides good customer service and with great kindness.

Great prices for gas in the area. It's conveniently located on the corner of Armenia and Hillsborough. I've never had to wait for a gas pump here either.:) They also have good coffee to get you going through the week. This is one of the best priced gas stations near Raymond James Stadium.

Love thorntons cappuccino and coffee bar. No place else like it. 13 different types of instant hot cappuccino as well as make your own with coffee etc.

Thornton's usually has good gas prices compared to others in the city. It's a clean place to stop without worry.

I had to make a return on a purchase, no teck the cashier was friendly and she sold me on those amazing cookies that are by the register

This is a good location and it’s a good place to quickly refill. They offer you 0.03 cents discount with the rewards.

Get a Thortons rewards card and get 3 cents off a gallon every time you get gas! And sometimes more!

Very nice atmosphere, gas prices are good, one of the few stations in Tampa that sells flex fuel, as of yesterday December 18 it was $1.85 per gallon.inside is very clan wit a very courteous staff.

Nothing bad to say unless the vanilla or Dr pepper is out then I hate life. Love the VIP gas prices and the app is awesome to have too

You get a discount on their gas and other products in the store if you join their Club. They have great Hot Dogs too

Clean friendly staff great tea and I scored a 4 because you don't have the donuts you had when you first opened. They were far superior to what you have now.

Mostly clean, pretty good service. Usually so crowded though so bit of a bottleneck on service.

Normal gas station which these days are hard to find. Clean bathroom, lots of space and a good selection to get a quick snack on the run

I work very late so most the time I'm going around 2-3am, i get you have to clean and everything but the least you could do is tell people. I've come up multiple times and there's no sign and no one is very willing to speak up they just kinda keep their heads down and ignore you. Like I said I understand the need for cleaning and this location is very clean but signs or something would be nice.
