THE SECRETARY OF THE OFFICE TREATS THE TENANTS SUPER BADLY AS WE WERE NOT CITIZENS OF THIS COUNTRY JUST LIKE THIS MAN HAS TO LEARN TO TREAT PEOPLE WELL WHO PAY ON TIME AND HAVE NEVER HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE OFFICE IT IS SHAMEFUL. LET ME TREAT PEOPLE LIKE GARBAGE, MR. SECRETARY CHANGE

I have been living here for 15 years, but unfortunately, this place has been rapidly declining. Management has shown no regard for homeowner complaints and ignores ongoing rental issues. In just this year alone, I have had multiple new renters moving adjacent to me, including a scrap metal collector whose trash reaches the roofline of their home. Shady construction work is happening without permits, resulting in flooding of my front door steps whenever it rains. When I voiced my concerns, I received a letter demanding that I cut my grass, which felt like a clear act of retaliation. I have had a lawn service for seven years that cuts my grass every week, and I have never received such a notice in that time. It is quite coincidental that I received it after getting into a heated exchange regarding my grievances.

Furthermore, the home adjacent to mine has had Christmas lights up for three years and has not been pressure washed once during that time. Yet, I received a letter about my grass, despite it being cut every week without fail. I anticipate facing more retaliation after leaving this review. If you don't mind living around sloppiness and having property managers treat you like you are the problem, then this place might be suitable for you. However, if you value the value of your home, I would suggest considering other options. Additionally, when I asked management for an updated email so that grievances may be documented along with corporate email so that I may cc them, I was hung up on. The email provided here on Google is not in service.

Terrible place, they remove the water every day with a different pretext when you call and not to mention the amount of efficiency there is and they do nothing.

I’ve applied to this park and was denied due to credit even though I was paying cash for a home in the community can’t explain situation to office staff was never permitted to speak to manager only dealt with maintenance man I feel like I was discriminated against because of my race

My husband and I lived in this park in the 80s. We went back home to visit family and while gone the lady that ran the place called to ask was anyone watching our home while we were gone. Inexperienced me said no Mam. When we came back someone with a master key went in and stole all of our things. We had hanging chairs a light brown and a dark brown one, a Queen back chair and many other things were taken. We had just moved there from Germany. Be careful if you leave your belongings and go out of town. This had to be management bc that’s who called me. I pray that whoever took our things loose everything they own and love. Everything!

The treatment by the office is the worst, they never have a good attitude, you as a tenant cannot talk to them or inform them about a problem or situation that they vulgarly interrupt you by telling you that they can only talk to the owner of the house, regardless if you are a spouse, child, father. Everyone in your house cannot go to the pool at the same time, because only a certain amount is allowed per home (2 or 3 people), not to mention that they close it every time they want. They are in constant contact.surveillance, and for any insignificance they threaten you with letters that you can be expelled if you do not comply with their rules, and this is constant.

Hello, my experience in this place is the worst and I recommend to anyone not to live in this place even by mistake
