I'm definitely one who is extremely afraid of the dentist and it showed on the images however Dr. Ho and his team were amazing, from the time I entered I felt a level I felt a level of comfort! I strongly recommend them very hitech facility that even had a welcome with my name in the TV screen then you lay back there is also a TV on the ceiling overall great experience and trust me they worked very hard today! And I appreciate them

This was the BEST experience I’ve ever had at a Dentist! I’ve always been nervous of going to the dentist but coming here I was extremely comfortable and everything was thoroughly explained to me on what I needed to get done. The receptionist was very sweet & personable. The dental assistant Diana and Dr. Ho were amazing:)

They are thee best every! I spent all afternoon looking for an emergency dental and this hiding gem! Was literally 5 minutes away! They took me in at the last minute and they listened to my complaints and was able to handle it all! Please please if you have a dental emergency go there or need a dentist who really cares! They are friendly, Affordable and locally owned! I give them 10 stars!

Dr. Ho is amazing! I’ve been to multiple dentists that haven’t taken my comfort into consideration, but the team at Thrive is always considerate. The whole team goes above and beyond every time I’m there to ensure that my dental experience is awesome! I just recently needed a filling re-done and they took care of me so quickly and professionally. I would recommend them to anyone!

I’ve suffered a traumatizing experience with the result of a dentist’s work when I was heading into college a bunch of years ago. Front fillings just…fell out! It really messed with my trust for a long time. I’ve had regular (and boring) visits since then, but I only went when I’ve noticed I needed a cleaning or a fix-up. When I came here, Thrive Dental Care, I was pleasantly surprised with how careful the team was with addressing my real stress at the dentist. Walking in, it felt personalized. My name on the screens, a window with one-sided privacy that opened up the space a bit. They talked me through all the steps, gave me time, a show of my choice to watch, sunglasses, music… the whole deal! I felt good. Even through my humiliation, they made me feel like a safe and respected customer, and I loved it! Afterwards, we talked as if I wasn’t getting pushed out for the next customer, and because of this experience, I think the team at Thrive Dental Care has transformed my long-lived impression of a visit to the dentist! Go here, you won’t forget it!

I am not usually one to leave reviews, but I had to for Thrive Dental Care! The staff is very welcoming and have thought of everything to make you comfortable. They offer a bottle of water upon arrival, place a welcome message inside the suite you will be in, have televisions conveniently on the ceiling and a warm towel for your face after your cleaning. They also let you know any costs before your appointment starts. Five stars!

This was one of the best dentist experiences i’ve ever had. The receptionist is so sweet and outgoing. The dental assistant introduced herself to me and explained everything she was going to be doing. Dr. Ho also explained everything, which relived anxiety for me. The office is gorgeous and gives homey vibes, it doesn’t feel like a dentist office. I definitely found my new favorite dentist!

Listen, this is going to be a little long but worth the read. I feel like that office was made for me specifically! Every person I interacted with gave me their undivided attention from making the appointment over the phone until the time I left the office after my appointment. I Googled many dentists in Jax and read all of the reviews; this office had a high rating (now I see why) and it was convenient for me. I called and Han was AMAZING. I swear she's a customer service QUEEN. I let her know what I needed along with issues I had with a sore tooth, uneasiness about going to a new dentist, insurance, needing a later appointment because I hate missing work, etc. She was so informative and did not rush through anything. I really love that before I came in for my appointment she let me know how much i would pay after insurance so no surprises there. When I got there, she was just as friendly and personable in person as she was over the phone. After i was checked, Diana introduced herself.not just call my name and take me to the back, but an actual introduction. I love that, too. When we got to the room, she walked me through every step of what she would be doing with me before the dentist came in. AND it was a nice touch seeing "Welcome Kayla" on the screen when I entered. Diana was professional, gentle but thorough and sweet. As she finished up my X-ray, Dr. Ho entered shortly after. It felt good not to have to wait so long to see a provider. Once he introduced himself, he broke down each section of what he would be doing so I would know what to expect next. It definitely calmed any uneasy feelings that I had. Most importantly, he asked me questions before letting me know in detail what he found, preventive measures I need to take and next steps to get my oral health back on track. He was honest, sincere and a great listener. Have you ever had a healthcare provider that was just so great you didn't want to let them down? Lol that's how I feel, I know I want to do better not just for me but to show him that I did take in everything he said. When my appointment was over, Diana completed her finishing touches, set my next appointment, gave me a goodie bag and walked me out. At the front, Han went over a list of the work I'll have done (broken down in phases) and price points all in detail. Again, they made me feel so welcome and I'm glad I chose them.

I am absolutely amazed with Thrive! The office is beautifully decorated and sparkling clean. They are beyond kind, caring, and professional yet you feel like you’ve known them your whole life! They truly care about their patients and their comfort during treatment. Any questions you have they will answer wholeheartedly, never rushing you or your treatment. The small touches like chapstick, warm facial wipes, stress balls to hold, and even blankets if you ask just make it feel like a spa! Seriously- I almost fell asleep getting fillings. I will never go ANYWHERE but here! My sons had an appointment with another local pediatric dentist but after my experience at Thrive I canceled those and brought them here. They were wonderful with my kids! And my kids actually enjoyed being there! TVs on the ceiling, stuffed animals and pop-it’s to hold, and of course the treasure gum-ball machine. Oh yeah! Sugar free lollipop-pops! I can not speak more highly of this entire office. I love them!

I felt very relaxed during my appointment, and Dr. Ho was incredibly informative about my teeth and any issues that I might have that need treatment. The staff were super nice, and comforting when they were preforming my exams and x-rays. I also appreciated the more up to date procedures and equipment provided at my appointment.
