When we visit Daytona Beach every year, this has always been a mainstay for at least one meal and sometimes twice. I know prices are rising everywhere but I was shocked at how much they had gone up compared to the amount of food you are served.
My wife got a burrito bowl that was the size of a Chipotle bowl but it cost much more than Chipotle ($12.50!). I got an El Grandote burrito with steak as the meat. Although it was good, it was $15.74 (average sized) and did not include any rice or beans. The chips and queso are good, but it bugs me to have to purchase more chips with the queso since the original order of chips is so small.
Also, being from out of state, I saw there was an extra charge at the bottom that I’m not sure was an extra Florida tax or the increasing habit of restaurants charging extra for patrons to use a credit card.
Pretty sure that I will not return in the future since this experience of increased pricing was very shocking!

The food is absolutely delicious fantastic flavors the bartender is obviously not familiar with how to make cocktails, I ordered rum & he gave it to me full of coke in a tumbler glass for 8.95 and it was so busy and he was so frazzled also taking orders I didn't complian but felt jipped. The tables were not cleaned off, and only one waitress running around helping with diners request. If the food wasn't so great, I wouldn't go back.

Hopefully they were having an off day in the kitchen. Place is always clean and staff always friendly but the food has gone downhill. I’ve been coming to Tia since Corina used to run the register! It used to be great and good prices. My sour cream is always frozen that you have to pay for. They don’t give you the bottle of hot sauce at your table anymore and the chicken has been really dry the last few times. Rice and beans were cold and corn tortillas were super dry. It’s a bummer because I have so many good memories here and loved it but sometimes places just lose quality over time I guess?

Overall food is okay- not the best but definitely better than chains you topically run into- They are not a chain (my apologies for not clarifying). Pulled pork tacos are good, chicken ones are little bland and beef is good. Another good thing is that when you order 3 tacos you can mix and match. I expected slightly higher quality. Churros are actually very good- so no complaints there at all. You can sit outside which is beautiful and enjoy the breeze.

I am writing out to you in hopes of some kind of resolution. I received two 25 dollar gift card a few years ago for my birthday from my mom. They were sold to her without issue. I then attempted to visit the restaurant and was told the gift card machine was broken (again this was shortly after I received it). I have since moved away and have attempted to use this card 3 total times with the same outcome. I spoke with Brenda on 07/06/2023 and first of all she was saying she cared but did not care in the slightest to hear what I had to say. Specifically just said if she helped me she’d get fired and was only there to get a paycheck to feed her kids and also told me not to be rude as she’s just a cashier but proceeded to tell me she was the manager. My biggest complaint is I understand things break but how can a company collect payment for a product (gift card) and then never allow the customer to use the product. I was given the owners email the day I called in and as the email was sent I immediately received an error message saying the email provided wasn’t even correct. So Tia coris how can you fix these issues?

Over priced. Most resteraunts will come out saying your plate is hot.not here. Food was cold. Meat was reheated and food was not like the pictures they have advertised. Don't bother visiting.

And let's not forget about the food! Oh my goodness, it was absolutely mouthwatering! We indulged in all our favorite treats and tried some new flavors too. Trust me, our taste buds were in heaven!

If you're looking for a place that guarantees I can't recommend it enough. It's the perfect destination for families seeking adventure, entertainment, and a whole lot of happiness.

FYI.if you order take out, it's a. 40 cent charge for the containers. IF you eat in a restaurant, then the containers are free for leftovers. I order shrimp and fish ceviche with chips and a flamin hot cheeto-coated Elote on the cob (not hot enough for my taste). Food Satisfed my taste at a reasonable price.

If you are looking for a great place to eat Authentic Mexican food this is it. Super friendly staff and great food. Our waitress took time to come over and talk with us and constantly checked on us to see if we needed anything. I would definitely go back again if I am visiting the area.
