Tidal Cove Waterpark reviews
18Beautiful place to spend time with family and friends, super clean and excellent service from the employees.
Tidal Cove Wateepark is amazing! Wow! There are so many different things to experience and enjoy: the pool, the lazy river, surfing, and slides. It's great fun for adults, teens, and children.
What a waste of $60 don’t go here they say it’s not busy and then you wait hours to go on one ride terrible way of running a water park
They don't allow you to bring in snacks for toddlers. I understand not allowing adults to bring in meals and I understand not allowing coolers but toddlers who eat specific snacks - that's a little ridiculous.
Bad service, terrible operation, and biggest of all they steal your money from you and laugh about it
A Small Water Park in Aventura with a Lazy river and large pool areas. Plenty of space to relax with great service at the bar and rides. One of the lifeguards Noemi was great! Gave instructions to keep you safe but helped make it fun as well. If you’re anywhere in Miami worth a trip for the day.
The place is incredible. Noemi the supervisor was very helpful and nice, she is a very professional person and I think she makes the place something special Thanks for the experience
It is a very basic water park inside a hotel. It is ideal to go with small children because it is not big and the pools are prepared
Great location and a perfect amount of water activities! Excellent service, food and drinks! Great for a day trip!
Right now, I, my grandfather, wife and my 6-month-old baby are sitting at the Tidal Cove bar. The good treatment and good service are incredible. You can't find this in many places where you serve so many staff at the same time. The drinks were very tasty, the pizza, the sushi and a hamburger that I ordered was delicious. Congratulations, it's my 2nd time here. I would always come back.
Beautiful park and good rides but food is too expensive. They don’t let you bring outside food in but charge upwards of $16 for kids meal and $22 for a personal pan cheese pizza ($6 up charge for any toppings). Honestly a mess because if you have kids, they will be starving by noon and you either have to deprive them or drain your bank account for them to get mediocre airplane food. I won’t be coming back but it was cute. I wouldn’t recommend this park for anyone with sense.
Definitely check this place out if you are staying at the hotel. Multiple pools, lazy river, lots of water slides, Florider and a snack bar. This place is great. A little expensive if you are not staying at the hotel though.
We celebrated our son’s 8th birthday here as a family and he couldn’t be happier. The prices are pretty steep but you get hotel amenities at a public water park. You can get nice promo discounts online which brings price down by 5-10 per ticket.
What a waste of time and money. Not much to do there. Besides that, they made everyone to come out of the pool saying there is “lightning” and stoped all the slides for more than an hour to probably increase the sales of food and beverages. I heard they do it all the time. What a scam.
DONT COME HERE THIS IS EXPENSIVE FOR NO REASON YOUR BETTER OFF GOING TO VALCANO BAY OR A DISNEY WATER PARK, THIS PARK IS NOT WORTH 100$+ entrance IT SHOULD BE LIKE 20-30$ ENTRANCE CAUSE THIS PLACE SUCKS
I don’t even know where to start amazing waterpark with fun slides the food and service was excellent and there is no wait time i really recommend for kids 12 and under
Very nice place for fun in water, but they have the worst tuna rolls and birthday cake that I never had. Expensive food that is very low quality!
This place is not worth it for the price if your a local. There are only a handful of slides that have insane wait times over the weekend. The lazy river is small and chaotic with kids splashing around you so there's no lazy floating going on. I've heard it's better on the weekdays when there isn't as many people. It also seems like a better option for those with kids as there's more for them to do.
