Best wash in town by far. Have had a hard time keeping my car clean until I started going to tidalwave

The Team and the Manager James are amazing at Tidal Wave! ! I would recommend anyone go to Tidal Wave over Ronnie’s Car Wash any day.

From Experience, Ronnie’s Car wash does not clean their brushes and when they damage your vehicle, they blame it on you. The District manager “Josh” (who is the manager of all the stores) is a liar and a pilfer. I know people who worked there and I had a terrible experience with Josh specifically at Ronnie’s. I will never recommend them to anyone again.

This place is amazing, all the attendees are nice and talkative + my GLI ALWAYS comes thru looking beautiful!

After coming many times, and being satisfied with the quality of car wash, I decided to go for a monthly package. During the two months that I kept the membership this car was declined. First noticed that the vacuums were not sucking as well, some of them clogged, some just not sucking well day after day. For the last two weeks or so the membership lane has been blocked off which means I have to sit behind a line of cars paying by card or cash. This drastically increased my wait time and decreased ease of in and out access with the membership benefit.
I have canceled my membership moving forward. I do need to add that the staff is always super nice with any kind of interactions I’ve had with them. I really think it comes down to routine maintenance of the equipment…

Best car wash I've been to in the area! Staff always greets with a smile and scrubs the car great - Car always comes out squeaky clean!

The very courteous young man at the gate identified himself as Bryce. He was helpful in helping me sign up for a monthly plan and explained my options well. The establishment is always clean and the staff is pleasant.

Worker was very nice and explained all of my options to me in detail his name was bryce but i do very much like the customer service at this location compared to others in the nearby area

Great service, my truck was totaled in a accident and I cancel my subscription. After a couple months, I call to find out why my credit card is still being charged and was told all they could do was refund me one month because I did not provide the sticker off my totaled truck. I never thought I would be saying negative comments about them, but I will never ever use them again! Horrible experience with their customer service team.

Really quick and easy car wash. Not much needed. Prices are pretty good for the area and the wash actually washed everything it said it would. Rims included

This place started out as a good car wash but has steadily went down in quality as time has went on. Today was the last time we will be using this car wash and we will be cancelling our membership. One out of the two sets of side brushes were not working and of the set that did work only one side moved to hit the truck enough to wash it. Each time it’s something different and it seems that there is no issue taking peoples money and not putting it into the business to keep it working well. Would have been a one star but the teenage employees were trying to make things work to make sure the customers was happy. So least they have that sort of going for them.

Just tried Tidal Wave in Pace for the first time since moving here. Got the second highest Ceramic Sea gloss wash and am very pleased with the results.

Tire shine is blotchy and almost non-existent, which is the only reason I did not provide 5 stars. If that gets fixed I would certainly give 5 stars and consider a monthly subscription for the same wash…

Absolutely love this place! They are a small enough business where they remember you and friendly and kind everyday but with the great quality of a big company. The owner is nice and he’s there to greet you everyday with a smile. Definitely better customer service than Ronnie’s 100/10 recommend. Oh also they draw smiley faces in soap on the kids back window and they love it

Car wash scratch my 2020 gmc sierra. Did an accident claim. Still have not heard anything. Been 3 weeks.

Worst car wash ever. I paid $30 for a “premium wash”. I also asked them not to use any brushes on my vehicle, which they didn’t. However, car looked exactly the same when I got out of the wash. Like a water hose was just run over it. I went through again and it also barely made a difference. I feel like they charge the same for every wash and there really isn’t a difference. Also, my brand new challenger now has swirl in the paint, which I was trying to avoid with the no scrub brushes. Do not go here.

This was one of the worst car wash experiences I have had in a long time. I paid over $30 for their premium wash. I was promised a "show room shine. " They had a space for people to scrub problem areas, but no one was there. At the conveyor system was a guy who more "hit at" problem areas than "hit" them.

When it was over, my vehicle looked as unwashed as before.no evidence of waxing.same marks.

The vacuum cleaner nozzle kept falling off and had practically no suction.

It is a sad day when you are better off just to clean and vacuum your vehicle at home than to pay a premium price to so-called "professionals" that can't even reach to the heights of a high school carwash fundraiser job.

After the wash noticed I had several new scratches, along with bubbled paint. It looks like something caustic was spilled during the wash. We will not be going back.

Best car wash in town! The staff was super friendly and helpful. This location is very well maintained and did a great job cleaning my car.

What a difference Tidal Wave makes! My car was so clean when I got out it looked new. The manager was extremely polite and all employees very courteous. If you have not been you need to go here in Pace - they are the best!

I would pass. The washes are expensive for what you get. I bought the top $ wash, and it didn't get my truck clean. Still had bugs all over the front and windshield. They reluctantly gave me a second wash but a lower priced economy wash without the drying agents and waxes which left may truck covered in water spots, and it still had bugs on the windshield.
