Was not impressed. I took 19 mens garments to dry clean 2 with stains that I was charged for but nothing was done but a tag pinned to them saying they were stained when received. Another saying they felt the stains were too much for them to remove. I went home threw them in the washer and got them out myself and I was charged $150 dollars. I won't be using them again. Great customer service in store very courteous employees. Yet uninformed it seemed to the pricing. And don't forget to grab a few free samples on the counter, usually a tide scent laundry sample.

I have you a one star because your cleaning of a just purchased brand new never used king size comforter a gift for my daughter came to me smelling like mold. I don’t know what your technician or what products you used but they are below standard. This comforter was never completely dried before it was bagged. Even the bag smells like mold.
I will never use your cleaners again.

Love the way the clothes are so professionally cleaned. The way the packaging for the clothes are brought out is so good. All the reps at the store are friendly and have great attitudes. Just love coming here. Always smells clean too.

Took my fleece lined all weather jacket in for a general once over. The inside liner had some light dusting of small down feathers from a lightweight down vest that had shed a little. The exterior of the jacket looks great. The interior (black) still had the down and the jacket, itself had the strongest scent of laundry detergent I have ever smelled in clothing. Like someone drowned it in fabric freshener on steroids. I placed it in a well ventilated location in my home overnight to let it air out; only to find that the super strong laundry detergent had not faded at all. Don’t know if there’s a way to do unscented, but if not, I highly recommend that it be introduced into a cleaning option.

I had a 20% off coupon and the person said they would apply it. When I picked up my 2 shirts the 20% was not taken off. Disappointed to say the least.

This is my new favorite dry cleaners in SW Florida. Prices seem to be like anywhere else, but the store seems clean and efficient. I haven't tried yet, but I believe they will bring your clothes to your house after they are finished. Will definitely be back.

I decided to try this place out by bringing them a comforter. They did a very good job and the price that I paid was well worth it.

They picked up my order at my door and returned it on schedule. Outstanding quality and service.

Good cleaning
Sometimes staff isn’t trained. Most greet you but some don’t. Instructions not followed. The staff seems more interested in talking to each other.

Not happy with the price not happy the computer with down ask for a Grote on blanket said don't clean till I get a price they cleaned any way said it was 26 dollars

We had alterations done which came back almost a week early.

My wife started using this place because they have extended hours including evening and Saturday and Sundays. Our cleaners in Gateway can’t compete with that, I could never get there without it being closed. Prices are better. Didn’t have complaints before as far as quality but when you add convenient hours, better pricing and my wife and I both work, yeah we are all in on this place. She took out first order two weeks ago, my work shirts ran us 26.00. She liked the staff, so we will definitely be back.
