Tide Cleaners, Tampa FL

When I picked up my order, I noticed there were creases in my sweat pants. I asked for them to be sent back to have the creases taken out. I went to pick them up and guess what? They doubled down on the crease. I'm sure my pants are ruined with this permanent crease.

INCREDIBLE dry cleaner. I know that may sound dramatic, but it’s true. Zips has been taking care of my family’s dry cleaning for years because my wife liked them, but they ruined one of my ties, NEVER get spots out, and my shirts always come back wrinkled. Tide is the only place we’re going to moving forward. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed.

Have used Tide several times over the past couple of years. Service is always polite, professional and friendly. Clothes have been cleaned/laundered with care.

Soooo slow. I've used a lot of Tide Cleaners around the US but I'd never come here again. Painfully slow

Decent service and price. But beware: DO NOT BRING YOUR GARMENTS ON A NICE HANGER. They will not warn you to keep your hanger and instead they will keep it and give you your garments back on a generic junky plastic hanger.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. My clothes are much cleaner and there is no strong scents with my clothes compared to my prior dry cleaning service.

Good place to take the rest of the white clothes to wash. I think they charge you depending on the brand of the garment

Tide Dry Cleaning is wonderful, especially for special requests. The Staff appear very receptive and well trained.

I took my mother of the groom dress in to be pressed on a Monday prior to 11: 00. It was ready the following day, Tuesday, at 4: 00. I picked it up and hung it in my closet never thinking to check to see if it was satisfactory. The following day, Wednesday, I took the plastic bag off and discovered several spots that were not there when I took it in for pressing. I immediately took it back to the cleaners that same day and showed the staff at the location. The staff members were very understanding and said they would send it out again as no services were done at that location. It was to be ready by 4: 00 on Thursday. I went to the facility to pick it up promptly at 4: 00 only to be told that it would not be back until 9: 30-10: 00 Friday morning - the day of the wedding! Needless to say I was not at all happy. I called the General Manager, Peter and he me that there were more spots on the dress than two and he couldn't believe that the dress had never been worn as the spots had to have been on the dress prior to my bringing it in for pressing. He assured me that the material was easy to work with and they would get the spots out but would require some more time to so so. So, apparently, even though the dress was new and I had never worn it it somehow became my fault. He was not able to accommodate my wish to have it brought to the location that afternoon so I had to wait until the morning of my son's wedding to pick it up. Once again the staff member was very kind and called me the next morning to let me know the dress was in. I was back at the cleaners on Friday morning at 9: 00 am. I took the bag off at the cleaners expecting to find my dress in excellent shape right? Not so, it was even worse than before with very visible spots in several places. The staff member there was aware of the failure to remedy the situation. I left there in tears. It was so bad I actually attempted to shop for a different dress that morning, but was unable to replace it at such short notice. The wedding was that evening. Fortunately, the style of the dress helped to hide some of the spots. I would absolutely never recommend Tide Cleaners in Tampa to anyone after the mess they made of my mother of the groom dress. And even worse the General Manager did not even offer to reimburse me for the charge. He placed all the blame on me. Don't go there!

I enjoy th service and the helpful of the people who work there. So far our dry cleaning has always been ready on time and in great condition.

I had an accidental spill on my wedding dress 5 days before my wedding so I took it to Tide Cleaners. Barry the owner was incredibly helpful and understanding and his staff took great care of it. I got my dress back looking even better than when I bought it!

Dry clean items are not done on site and always return late, when I made a complaint they ignored their promise of "done right or it's free" the owner declined to waive the charge. Don't expect your items by 5pm even though the receipt says ready by 5pm. Terrible service

The entire team at Tide in South Tampa is professional, efficient, and kind. I especially appreciate my interactions with Baudi, she is super proactive when it comes to customer service. I usually request pick-up and delivery, but sometimes my schedule gets changed up and she goes out of her way to call me to figure out what I need before I even have to call. We have been taking our dry cleaning for almost a year to this location and can recommend this great local cleaners as the place to get your dry cleaning done! I'm very happy to have made the switch from our previous cleaners. Thank you for your awesome service!

Worst cleaners I have dealt with. They DAMAGED my garment and do not want to take responsibility for it and will not pay for anything. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Worst Service I have ever gotten. I will never do business with this Cleaners, they damage your items and do not help you after at all. Barry the owner is the worst and Peter the manager is not help what so ever.

I picked up my husband's shirts and he looked at one of them two months later. Because he works from home he does not wear shirts a lot. It had a stain and a large rip on the top of the shoulder area. I brought it back to Tide on a hanger and receipt still attached to it. Tide employees gave me a hard time because of the date of service and after some time kept the shirt to show it to the manager. Months later I have not heard back. They lost me as a customer.
