Tide Vacation Apartments, Hollywood FL

Wonderful place to stay. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Hotel is right on the beach with lots to do within walking distance. Manager called us by first name for our entire visit.

I wrote a very long ravishing review about this place. We loved it so much here that my review exceeded the limit and I could not post it lol. I put a solid 20 minutes into a very thorough and detailed review of why this place is amazing. Since it was too long and Google wouldn't let me post it lol I'm not doing it again so instead I will just say this place is amazing and if you're staying anywhere else I feel bad for you

Our family of 8 were most keen to stay at the Tide. They were fully booked for our dates. Christina was tireless and relentlessly patient in trying to cobble together rooms in this excellent facility. We were slow off the mark for booking and ultimately there was not an adequate amount of suitable space. I am unaccustomed to such a high level of caring service. The Tide will remain our first call for future vacations.

Stay was great. Christina and Gabby the 2 girls that run the place were extremely friendly. Always ready to help you with anything you need. Rooms were clean and nicely set up for someone to stay for a little bit. The pool was also nice and very clean. Gree wifi also that worked well in our room.

We go all the time the management is Awesome, The care providers are Excellent you should go.

I wish I had been able to stay here, and enjoy what I thought would be a wonderful property and location. Unfortunately, I made a reservation in September, for our vacation stay in late December, and 30 days after making the reservation and signing the agreement, I received an email notice of a significant price increase. The price increased more than 30% from the rate I was quoted. This was very disappointing. Read the fine print, as prices and rooms are subject to change. And it will happen. In this case the room rate went from $241/night to $330/night. I spoke/emailed with the property representative, who stated they were also surprised the owner increased rates to that extent, and they couldn't do anything to honor the price I was given. It was pointed out that the rental agreement states prices and rooms (if your heart is set on a certain room, be flexible as this could change too) are subject to change.

Luckily, I was able to book another suitable property via VRBO, within my price point, and with a guaranteed rate. Buyer (renter) beware.

Perfect, perfect, perfect! The location is wonderful, literally pool, boardwalk, beach. The Tide is further down the boardwalk so it is not right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of all the shops and restaurants which is absolutely perfect. We brought our family of seven and love that the portion of the beach we are by is less busy due to not being by all shops.

We stayed in 102 which is the only two bedroom. Fit our family perfectly. The rooms are a little older maybe not as modern, but we didn't come to sit in our room, lol.

Upon arrival my parents and I were under the influence that we’d be staying in unit with a city view however, to our surprise it was a traffic/building view. If you have the chance please ensure you check in prior to your stay because I did not, the check in process took nearly 2 hours. You don’t check in at the main entrance, you get redirected. We entered this small reception area where only one person was working and it was a bunch of people checking in. All persons saying was not in system so we had to get out the line to get that situated, then make the $300 security deposit online. Lucky whomever it was rented from, was able to add the other additional names and although he was out of the country he had a very swift response time which was appreciated. Here are the fees that they don’t tell you about, $20 CASH deposit for a car tag, $7 daily for parking & $10 overnight so you might as well get the week pass for $50, $20 per key tag (tags that allow you entrance into the backside of the building & other places that we did not utilize. If you want to do laundry, you have to purchase a reloadable card for $5 and then load it with $10 minimum. After being informed of who our host was, the 1st day she was accessible and the second day she went completely ghost when we texted and called her.

I go every year with my family. You can bring your food and cook it there. They're remodeling all apartments which unfortunately means higher prices in the future.

We love The Tides! We have been staying there for years! Every room is ocean view, they all have full kitchens and have very good prices! We wouldn't stay anywhere else! The owners and everyone there are amazing! It's definitely the best place to stay on Hollywood Beach!

Amazing, on the beach hotel. Friendly and caring staff. Very safe, well lit PROPERTY. Many great restaurants and bars just steps away, all with a BEACH/OCEAN VIEW. PRICES ARE CHEAPER THAN MOST. WE STAYED IN A SUITE with a separate bedroom, kitchen stocked with all you need to cook your own meals. Large shopping plaza grocery store is about a mile away. We wouldn't stay ANY WHERE ELSE, BUT THE TIDE ON HOLLYWOOD BEACH!
