Tidewater at Atlantic Beach Apartments, Jacksonville FL

I stopped in yesterday to gather information about pricing. Rayona was there working in the office. She was sweet and knew about the area that I am new to.

I spoke to Norma and she was extremely friendly and welcoming. She made me feel at home and she was very easy to talk to.

Rayona is so good kind and sweet
She made it work even if the move is from another state she really helped me make it happen

Tidewater is a beautiful community, the apartments have been recently renovated and they are absolutely beautiful. It’s very clean and the staff is incredible. Rayona is very helpful and sweet and so is Norma, she always makes a point to greet me and say hi. They have a great attitude!

Home is where the heart is and tidewater communities certainly is just that. Not only that Rayona is truly amazing, literally always going out her way to help, can’t thank her enough.

Love the remodel and have referred many friends to go there and live. Rayona was really nice and extremely helpful. I will recommend anyone to speak with Rayona. Thank you for taking care of us.

Norma was extremely nice as well as knowledgeable, and very accommodating, tidewater is a very nice complex and I’m looking forward to hanging my hat there.

Awesome little apartment community, landscaping around the property is very nice with a small dock and they are doing a lot of upgrades around the property, nice new paint colors, grill area coming soon, nice pool area, and upgraded interiors. Manager is very nice and helpful. Thanks for everything Norma!

The office manager and staff have been a pleasure to know.
It would be sentimental to not call The Park@Rossini home. I want to add the remarks I previously made do not currently apply. Those great remarks were for Wanda Callaham, Ken, Rayona, and Oscar. That was a great team. BHManagement does not impress me as we are struggling with a hot water problem that they seem to care less about. Wanda Callaham we miss you here!

Park at Rossini is an outstanding place to live. The apartment is very modern and clean. The gated community is very quiet and peaceful with well maintained grounds. The monthly activities provide an opportunity to meet and get to know your neighbors.

The Office and Maintenance staff is terrific. They are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Wanda does an outstanding job overseeing the community and works very hard to make Park at Rossini feel like home for all.

We loved The Park at Rossini the first time we saw it. From the very start, the staff was very accommodating and made us very comfortable. We have been here six months now and have had nothing but positive experiences, from the ease of paying rent to reporting an issue with our unit, which was addressed promptly by the efficient maintenance staff. Both Wanda and Rayonna are courteous and answer any questions we may have. We especially enjoy the custom amenities such as the welcoming treats in the front office, movie night, food truck service, and of course the pool. We feel quite safe and comfortable within the gated community. We feel we made a great decision in moving into The Park at Rossini.

I've called the Park at Rossini home for a few years now. The Community Director is very responsive to any concerns you have and genuinely wants this to be the best place you've ever lived and works hard to make it so. Maintenance requests are handled timely and expertly. I also feel very safe living here with no threat of violence towards me, my family, or my belongings. In addition, the property offers tenant appreciation events including a family friendly movie night, water aerobics classes in warm weather as well as arts and crafts. A person can choose to live in many places, but only one place can ever feel like home.

Even since before signing my lease, Wanda and Rayona have gone above and beyond to make my move seamless and an over-all positive experience. The Kenny and the maintenance crew are friendly and knowledgeable, the property and view is beautiful and serene.
The staff is extremely solid and they really go the extra mile to ensure we're happy and taken care of. They even plan events and send out recipes! I couldn't recommend more highly.

Wanda, in the office has been truly a blessing in my life. Her diligence, her understanding her strength, her kindness has enabled me to excell in my life. I know I have a great home that is safe and happy to come home to because she does her job so well. And her jokes always keep me laughing. It is just home sweet home it truly is.
