The location is amazing! Literally walk across the street to the beach with showers and a playground. You never have to pay for parking to go to the beach and there is always spaces for your guests who visit. I also like walking the neighborhood with million dollar homes and everyone says hello. We’ve owned there for almost two years and it’s a special place in our hearts. Great for all ages.

The courts were just redone which is fabulous. Neighbors inside are great, when there, since it’s a lot of snow birds. Quiet and peaceful. It’s also super close to Mizner Park. It’s not the newest building but the HOA takes care of maintaining it well. And the fact there is a public park in front, there won’t be a high rise built there.

The condos are smaller, and each one seems different. Ours has been updated.

Wonderful place to live. The building is well-kept and it's right by the beach.
