Tiffany Club Apartments, Port St. Lucie FL

I give it one star because these apartments are not bad but the service of the technicians, if it is lousy, it cannot be possible for one to damage something and if it is not an emergency, they do not repair it, that is to say that if one does not pay the rent this month as It is not an emergency, it does not matter, one pays a rent and for the cost it is to have the repair service, whatever it is.

Worst neighborhood ever. DON'T move here you will regret it, screw these scumlords

1st, it is NO Longer called: Tiffany Club. *New Name is: The Reserve of Port St. Lucie.
I wish I could give a higher rating however, over the past year, the Management decided to have us pay for water usage which used to be included in the rent. The problem with this is that there are NO individual water meters. So how they bill us is, they take the amount of occupied Apt.s by the overall bill from the City. Why is this Crazy? We are a, "2" person Apt.and we are FORCED to pay for, "4,5, and 6 person", Apt. Water usage! June's water bill for us was, $80! *Update: July's Water Bill, $87! Almost $90 for 2 people water usage, come on now! *Update: Sept. Water bill, now up to $95! I didn't even pay this when I owned my home! NOT FAIR to all of us 1-2 person Apt.renter's! I would give higher rating if they correct this stupid water bill system! On a lighter note, the Maintenance Dept.is Awesome! Our A/C went out after office hours and within 20 minutes after I called he, (Kevin), was here and fixed the problem! That goes for any Maintenance calls, they are on the ball!
