Planning on upgrading my wife’s rings this year for our 15y anniversary. Stopped Nora was excellent at helping my wife find exactly what she wants. And James was a needed guide to help me find a budget. See you soon.

My husband and I always buy from Tiffany, my engagement ring and our wedding bands are from Tiffany, also for my birthday my husband bought me a bracelet from Tiffany, and now for our 10 year wedding anniversary he bought me as a surprise a necklace with a heart that he made it engraved, we usually buy from the Tiffany in Aventura mall, so we went to that Tiffany because when i put the necklace on i noticed that the clasp doesn’t closed properly so when it was sold to him it was damaged, I haven’t even used the necklace because i was afraid it will open and i will lose it, so we went to exchange the necklace or either fix the clasp, since they sold something already damage the least they could do is exchange or fix it without any charge, but guess what they want to charge me if i want to exchange or fix it, I don’t think that’s the way to go after all this years being a client and buying from there the least you can do is fix it because is not my fault that you sell damage merchandise it was not even 30 days from the date my husband bought the necklace and as i said I haven’t even used it, my advise to people is just make sure when you buy something from there to check very carefully what you are buying

Incredible service. Friendly & helpful. Loved the water and coffee while we shopped with no pressure to buy. A truly delightful experience.

Poor quality. Tiffany does not stand behind their product! I got a bracelet from Tiffany's Aventura Mall with a flaw, which I noticed later. The clasp in the bracelet was broken and did not close properly. When I came back to repair the clasp, I was told to pay for the repair. Why should I pay for the repair if the bracelet is still new, but with flaw. I am very disappointed in the quality and customer service. I will never purchase anything else from Tiffany, because Tiffany does not stand behind their product.

Exceptional patience and help from Nadia the Sales Professional. I came in ready to get a piece that I almost bought online. Even though the piece wasn't in store I was shown equal quality pieces, and in the end I wasn't pressured to purchase something there. I ended up buying a nicer piece that I had to order online, but It was much better to be at the store to see other examples to see the quality and size of the metals and workmanship. Even though I wasn't walking out with a piece of jewelry, Nadia gave me a small decorated gift bag with a nice card so I could let the recipient know they were getting a timeless Tiffany's piece for Christmas.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a genuine warmth not felt in other stores. It can be intimidating walking into a store like Tiffany’s but Lauren Duffy and Tahiana made me feel so comfortable that those feelings almost immediately dissipated. They took the time to explain the differences between the pieces that I was interested in and not once did I feel pressure. They were truly interested in helping me find the perfect gift and Tahiana even reached out via text to answer questions. The icing on all of this was when she asked if she could include a card with the earrings I sent to my sister. So thoughtful! I can’t wait for another opportunity to reach out to them to find another gift. Best retail experience. Reminds me of the Four Seasons style approach.
